Scam! I saw this on Facebook and decided to give it a go. I paid £46.09 for my order and 5 days later, before I'd even received my package, they took £147.02. Then the next day they tried to take £295.70!! Fortunately, my bank contacted me about potential fraud on my account, and blocked that payment and all future payments from this company. Avoid!!

A total scam! Initial order never sent and more concerningly additional charges started to appear for hundreds of pounds!

Constant spam emails, everyday.

Do not buy or sign up with this company and if you unfortunately already have, contact your bank IMMEDIATELY!

Scamming i got a 199.99 charge yesterday and a 399.99 charge today im having to dispute. They are not replying back to contact requests.

Straight up scam they will charge multiple times hundreds of dollars to get your money

I have had two fraudulent charges from this company, they will not reach back to me after contacting them either. I ended up closing my bank account to stop being charged. I did one transaction with them through the Shop app on 1 May that I did authorize, since then I got charged 199.99 and then 399.99 . There is no way to cancel or dispute orders with them, so I has no choice. Order numbers attached to these transactions are #125410 on 3 May for $199.99 and the Shop app says waiting for details, but the money has pulled from my bank account. The other is #128149 for $399.99 that the shop app says was done on 5 May and the charge is pending with my bank. My bank company is sending me a new card and disputing these charges. There is no phone number to reach out to with this company, and they aren't replying from their contact form.

After an initial order the day after, I received $199.99 charge, and then 2 Days later a $399.99 charge.

No customers service response, I'm calling it fraud. So is Chase.

100% scam, ordered a sprayer and one flavor cartridge for $51, two days later and order automatically went through on Shop app for $199. Contacted Flowze still no response. Contacted my back and reported it fraudulent order. 24 hours later a charge for $399 on Shop app. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWZE!

Absolute rotten to the core like all other reviews avoid this company charge extra after your first order 147.02 like everyone else is saying suppose from now on go to trust pilot first. Bank contacted and they are restricted from accessing my account fraud all over

Same scam has happened to me, first purchase of £41 not recieved and now £147.02 taken from my account without consent. No details of subscription on the site. Have requested chargeback from my credit card company and advised this is scam and a fruadulent company. AVOID!!!!

SCAM. I made a legitimate purchase of £35.33, but was later charged £147.02 without my consent. I did not place any second order or approve this payment. The pricing on the website shows around £38, so the £147 charge makes no sense. The company has not responded to any of my emails, and I’m now disputing this with my bank - not so helpful as apparently the second payment was via apple pay so apparently was a valid purchase. Seeing other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this. Product also never arrives btw. Very concerning and would not recommend.

Now very concerned, ordered online I didn’t go through Facebook, never do but googled website, and ordered through that, spent £28 on 29th April, yesterday £147.02 was taken from my account, no subscription was signed up for and no agreement to take extra funds, I’ve had no email responses, evri says they’ve got my original order, email through customer support but no response and through Facebook messenger which they’ve seen but yet to respond, tried to block pending payment but don’t seem to of been successful, why don’t cards ask you to confirm pending transactions for automatic card payments???

I did not agree to a subscription! I actively made sure not to sign up for any subscription service. Low and behold, now there is a $200 charge and I cant event sign into an account on their website to try and dispute it. Terrible and shady practices from this company.

I see I'm not the only 1 they've scammed. Placed an order 2 days ago and today they've helped themselves to £147. They best refund me or hopefully the bank will get it back. Not happy at all

I ordered pods after seeing an ad on social media. The order came to $47. Two days later I was randomly charged an additional $199.99. I can’t get them to explain what they were doing nor can I get it back. So I have to fight the charge with my credit card company. What a bunch of cheating scammers.

Ordered a trial pack to see how the product works/tastes. Two days later received an e-mail about a $200/mo subscription I was billed for! They are unresponsive and a predatory sellers.

There was nothing mentioned about a subscription nor any notice before they billed me. To top it off, their website does not function to manage your account and cancel this unauthorized subscription nor cancel it.

Avoid this merchant! I am contacting Shop.com as well as my credit card company to dispute the fraudulent charges.

There facebook page has been changed name several times along with the fake reviews saying they have received there orders . It’s all a scam as long as you order they will have your card details to continue to take money out of and there will be nothing you can do to stop it until you cancel your card which is a real pain and inconvenience. DO NOT GET SUCKED in with there fake Facebook page and the online app “SHOP” which is supposed to have only legitimate business on. Scam scam scam !!!!!
