Great experience at Mega MC RAC
Staff (Sabrina and Jay) were more than accomodating from airport pick-up to drop-off. This is a new RAC business, so the volume is low and you get in/out really fast. Vehicle was great; just what we needed. I just wish I could have gotten a reimbursement on my non-refundable reservation, since we delayed the changed the arrival date by three days.

As good as it gets for off-airport rentals.
I couldn't get the app for the shuttle from the airport to work, so I had to uber from the airport to their location. That's where I take a star off. Other than that, this place served my needs perfectly.

I had a great experience renting a car from your company. I rented a car for 4 days, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new vehicle. Fly by night outfit
Unlike most rental companies, they insisted on a copy of my auto insurance if I didn't want theirs. I didn't have it with me so lost 45 minutes contacting my ins. co. for it.
Then they charged me in excess of what Travelocity quoted me and would not refund the excess. The agent acted like she was doing us a favor renting the car to us.

The young lady that did my check was…
The young lady that did my check was very rude, nonchalant, and dismissive, as if she didn’t want to be there, nor serve me. Also, I confirmed that the driver for the shuttle bus would be there at 5am to take us back to the airport and whatayaknow…an Absolute NO SHOW or call back so we had to take a $25.00 Uber 5 minutes down the highway… that sucked and still no apologies…I will Never be using this place again…Date of Travel 5/9/2023

don't rent here
vehicle had damaged windshield. no cruise control. additional charges that were supposed to be covered in initial booking. Operates under a different name (economy) on third party sites. Not on site at airport.

Excellent Service
Fast shuttle pickup.
After we arrived it took least than 15 minutes to get our rental.
Easy drop off and return shuttle to the airport.
We visit Charlotte often, we will definitely be using them next time.

Car and staff on site were great
Car and staff on site were great. Customer service returning a billing question call was a total fail. Email and numerous phone calls that were never returned.

Car was nice
Car was nice. People were professional. My only complaint was that additional taxes were added after I returned the car. At least that's what I was told by customer service when I called in about the extra charges.
