I have a current withdrawl that is pending for the the last 26 hours worth 2000 euro, I have contacted multiple times to chat reassuring me that no issues from my end that my withdrawl will be processed within a few hours after the finance team have approved, I have Screenshot evidence, contacted email customer support no reply yet, over 26 hours and multiple back and forths and still no Sign of my 2000 withdrawl getting past processing player stage

Just forget about withdrawing

Just forget about withdrawing , unlimited verification till you get board and stop chasing your money , you will remember this when you start uploading loads of documents and payslips with only emails yes we recieved the document , go play Starsport or Boylesports , you will feel the real money test . Just avoid this rubbish .

Stay away at all costs. The casino will not pay out wins no matter what. I deposited ten euro altogether, my second deposit was fifteen euro. With this I received “bonus” spins. Following the bonus spins I went to gamble with my “real cash”. I got lucky and hit a hundred euro return off one euro spin on gates of Olympus that was paid for with my own “real money” which I deposited. However, the mega casino support team claim that I cannot take this win out. They have somehow claimed that this is now a part of my “bonus money” and I need to complete a minimum amount of gambling before having access to my withdrawal. They know that statistically speaking the odds of me maintaining this balance while adhering to their gambling limits will likely result in the loss of my funds. It’s outrageous that they can claim that by having received bonus funds I am no longer entitled to the money I rightfully won with my real cash.

Avoid Won't pay out when you win just want your cash

I had used our family PayPal account as both my bank accounts were hacked over the last couple of weeks. Not saying it was due to this site but not risking using them again for anything online. I won a decent amount on Sunday and managed to withdraw some but can't withdraw the rest. I kept getting asked for different id and even when they authorize them they ask for something else. I told them to close the account and return the winnings and two days later the account is still sitting in a positive balance of over £280. I have been on to chat a number of times but not helpful just giving lip service.
Second rant My opinion has not changed if anything I would score less if I could. Now been told as my wife is main account holder on PayPal account I cannot get my winnings as I shouldn't have used it to deposit. Well if I shouldn't have used it they should have refunded my deposits if they are saying they can't pay my winnings. But doesn't work like that !!!

Bought a voucher to use for Wowcher for scratch cards. Half way through if won about £25 then I was chucked out. Got an email to say management decision to ban me with no explanation. Voucher only cost me £6 but lost so much more being angry about it. They are scammers. Dont give them your money.

Positive feedback

I won £15000 off a 50p bet on big bamboo and managed to withdraw it £5000 a time. Couldn't believe my luck but proves a) you can win and b) they will pay you out. I think all I needed to do was take a photo of my bank card.

Had quite a few other decent wins too so no problems with the RNG, unless it's just skewed in my favour 😉
