Apparently sitting with payments team still even tho all my documents are verified I have nothing to upload and your site doesn’t have an issue taking the money from my bank!!! Absolutely shocking service I withdrew £400 at 1:30 am today and we are now at 10:30 at night and still no funds in my account. I have been told the same thing over and over again it’s been processed with the payments teams and they need to review it and a certain amount of time needs to be given and this could be a few hours yet here we are nearly 24 hours later. On the reviews I am very concerned and I will be taking this further as it’s given false information regarding withdrawal times. With whether or not this is to do with the procedures they need to do validating etc they should not be given wrong times.
Also, I checked on my account before withdrawing and it said that no information is required in order to withdraw yet at the minute I do withdraw, they requested my ID. It to me is buying time. Only £400 is pretty appalling. I will be taking this to the Gambling commission, if not sorted within the next few hours as advised in black and white writing. This company should be shut down if this is how they deal with customers.

After spending the last 2 days trying to make a withdrawal I’d give this site a 0 if I could. The site kept saying I’d got an active bonus so unable to withdraw funds unless I cancelled the bonus. Tried cancelling it 100’s of times it was a fault with a game kept popping up on my Home Screen. I went onto live chat all I received was generic responses and same with emails until I put that I would be putting a formal complaint in with the site and gambling commission.
