Can’t fault Meg K9 Dog Leads at all we’ve dealt with Sarah since she set up 16 years ago and would not go anywhere else for custom made dog leads or collars.

She runs a tight ship and her attention to detail and customer service really can’t be beaten.

Some of the stuff isn’t cheap but the value for money is unquestionable. ‘If’ anything has ever broke it gets replaced with no quibble whatsoever.

I have known about Meg K9 for a good while now but for some reason never got around to trying any of her products. My dog is an almost 6 year old larger than normal Cocker Spaniel which has always been a nightmare to walk on the lead using a harness as he would always be pulling like a train. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a Dream Walker Head Collar Lead. I have tried similar type leads before with no luck. All I can say though is that I wish that I'd got one a lot sooner. In under a week of using it my dog is now a Dream to walk. He's actually walking at heel with a slack lead and my arm by my side and not out in front of me. I can only speak for my experiences with the Dream walker, but what I will say is that if your dog pulls then bite the bullet and get one of these leads. It might just be the best thing you get for you and your dog and make walking much more enjoyable! The quality is also very good and nice and comfortable and with a bit of care should last a long time.

Very high quality products and great communication. I have been using the anti theft lead, belt and harness daily for over a year and I love them all. All still in great shape!

Great product really well made and great customer service

As owners of a 7 month old boisterous male Ridgeback who likes to say hello and play with every human and canine we come across, we were delighted to find the Dream Walker lead. We were looking for a padded headcollar to help him accept it with minimal fuss, one which would grow with him and also one with the versatility of a training lead. The Dream Walker fit the bill perfectly! The results really were as good as all the other reviews suggested. Having used other brands of headcollars with previous dogs of ours this one really is top of the range and so effective. The figure of 8 style can be tricky to fit initially especially on a pup but keeping the experience as positive as possible and using a treat to coax him is really helping. Used in conjunction with our usual training, the lead only requires a light squeeze to bring his attention back and rather than experiencing lunges from a 30kg plus power house it feels like we are walking a chihuahua! We highly recommend upgrading to include the safety clip as our savvy Ridgeback caught us unaware and performed a Houdini move pulling backwards and pulling free of it. Thanks to the clip we still had control of him. It certainly isn't a replacement for training your dog but we firmly believe it is one of the best training aids out there to get the message across that pulling just isn't acceptable. Even after just a few tries he is already getting the message and realising lunging to say hello gets you no where and therefore he is doing it less. If you're wondering what to try, don't hesitate trying this!! It's soft, it's gentle but super effective, well made and this company are fantastic to deal with!!

This is my second order from Sarah and I am just as delighted as I was the first time. Her collars are so well made and come in a range of lovely colours. I've found nothing anywhere near as good anywhere else. So when I wanted a new collar for Benjy, I simply ordered another from Sarah in a different colour, so that now he has a spare. I've also had training leads from her that I believe are a cut above anything else that I've seen. Superb quality, great service! Thank you!

I was looking for a custom training lead with traffic handle attached. Previously I had been using a well known brand but the clips have failed on me twice now. So I contacted Sarah who was really easy to deal with. I had quite a few questions and Sarah was quick to reply and very helpful. I have used the lead for a few weeks now and it’s exactly what I wanted, it’s nice to hold, robust enough for my GSD’s (one of whom is very bouncy at the moment), has the traffic handle for when I need it, the way it is made gives me confidence that it will last and overall I am delighted with it.

I have been swapping and changing leads for a little while with my new puppy. None really felt secure on the fastenings or even comfy to use despite paying hefty premiums! I cam across Meg Heath online and enquired to Sarah mentioning my over thinking fears about puppy theft etc etc (any dog owner will feel this pain I'm sure) Sarah was brilliant! Gave me a choice of ideas and recommended I go away and have a read about them. There are also videos online that help you decide. I chose an anti theft, anti snatch lead and it came so quickly. The lead is exceptionally well made, is easy to use and feels super comfy! I have since been back to order a 20m training lead -came equally as fast and just as well made. I'm utterly delighted I've found Meg Heath and can now recommend to every dog owner I speak to! Keep up the good work!

I have bought three leads from her, the anti theft Stealth lead, which, with the ongoing dog theft epidemic gave me confidence when out on my own, the training lead and now the padded Dream Walker head collar and lead. All are brilliant, well made and Sarah's customer service is exceptional. Walking my dog had been difficult as she pulls really hard but the head collar changed all that, she now walks well with no pulling and all controlled by her, I can hold the lead with one finger. The difference is amazing and walking her is now a pleasure not a battle. I would recommend this to anyone who has a problem with a strong or boisterous dog and, in fact, any of Sarah's products to all dog owners.

I have never left a product review before but I felt compelled to let potential new customers know of my experience of dealing with Sarah Gleave of Meg Heath Leads. Firstly the products themselves are of the highest quality and extremely well made.They have given us the confidence of ensuring our puppy is as safe as he could now be on our walks.I get the feeling he doesn’t even realise he has his harness on as it’s so comfortable.Finally to say that dealing with Sarah was an absolute pleasure, she made dealing with Meg Heath so easy, nothing was to much for her to sort out for us. was sick and tired (and also at risk of having to go and see my chiropractor🙈)of my Mini English Bull Terrier Walter making me feel like Stretch Armstrong.I had tried everything,half choke chains,various training methods,different harnesses,leads,techniques,everything,and was just about at the end of my tether(no pun intended).Whatever I tried I would end up being dragged around and this lasted until his first birthday.He was a very boisterous 22kgs and anyone who knows EBTs knows they are like lightning and strong.I had been using the long training leads supplied by Meg Heath so after conceding I was never going to be a dog whisperer I made a call to Sarah for some advice.We talked through what I did and actually wanted which was basically my arms back🙄😂.
Deciding to go straight into a head collar I went for the Luxury Dream Walker Headcollar and lead.I had read to introduce it slowly and maybe have some negative feedback from Walter🙄I can honestly say once I’d got my head around putting it on which is really simple but not for a ignoramus like me!and apart from a couple of times Walter trying to paw it off there has been no problem.Basically put the figure of eight together and over his rather large snout then head and slide the clip down to tighten a bit and you’re ready.
Never seen a dog change so much virtually overnight 😳and no it’s not a choke chain,it’s not tight he can still pick up his small ball and football.Walter still occasionally paws at it but a swift No and he’s off again.I have no histrionics putting it on him and it’s actually a pleasure walking him again AND I’ve got my arms back😂

In summary I haven’t a clue how it works I’m just a normal bloke walking his pooch,but it does,Walter now walks to my side and I honestly don’t even have any resistance when I’m walking him…even when he goes past his favourite adversary’s on the canal the ducks and occasional Swans.I can’t lie this has happened overnight it’s like I’ve hypnotised him and just may get a shot at being a dog whisperer after all.

I bought the dream walker fig8 collar and lead and it is brilliant. Fast delivery/collection, was able to collect the next day which was great because I needed it for a holiday. Actually works, our springer is now starting to walk without lunging! It’s also handy for when you have your hands full, as we did on the beach carrying all of our stuff for a day out, we just clipped the lead around our waists and can walk hands free. Same goes for running, my husband runs with the dog and the ulead is long enough to clip around your waist and run without tripping over the dog. Highly recommend this versatile lead.

Have just received my anti-theft lead for my new precious pup. This is outstanding quality, beautifully made and certainly nobody could get through this. Excellent customer service. Sarah was always exceptionally helpful to an anxious owner. Would definitely order again.

Absolutely love Meg Heath leads, we started with the double up lead which has been fantastic & love that you can have it long or short & has been great since the start of walking our cockapoo puppy. We have now bought the Training lead (Police Dog Style lead) & Sarah even custom made it for us (I requested a caribener on one end & a trigger hook on the other) this can be adjusted to 3 different lengths & is exactly the same high quality lead. I would not hesitate to recommend Meg Heath Leads & delivery time is super quick too!
