Two Rings, Zero Regrets

I'm very happy with my two recent Mejuri purchases — the titanium signet ring and sterling silver seismic band. Both are great unisex pieces that work equally well for men, women, or anyone looking for something gender-neutral. They arrived within a couple of days, and being able to track the order through Apple Wallet was a nice touch.
Both pieces feel classy and versatile enough for everyday wear or special occasions. The sterling silver seismic band is very shiny and eye-catching, while the titanium signet is lightweight and elegant without being overstated. They also offer eco-friendly storage options — I opted for a pouch instead of a box, and appreciated having that choice. One thing to be aware of: the titanium can scratch if brushed against metal surfaces like a door knob. Otherwise, very happy with the quality and overall experience, and proud to have these two classy rings in my collection.

I have had to replace my boyfriend…

I have had to replace my boyfriend bracelet 3 times under warranty since purchasing it 3.5 months ago. This last warranty I asked for store credit and my request were ignored and I was sent out another bracelet

Quality has gone down

Had a good customer service experience, but the quality has gone way down. One of my chains broke and I got it replaced quickly and easily which was great, but the new one broke immediately within 1 week.

Every order I’ve placed has been consistently high quality for the price.
The in-store experience at the Flatiron location can be a bit overwhelming since it’s often very crowded when I visit. That said, the customer service representative was attentive and struck the perfect balance of offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive, while still giving me space to browse. Thanks!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Started with multiple lost packages for my bridesmaids. I had to go in store to purchase the items and was promised I would be refunded for the online lost items. Wasn’t. Spent over $2k! Then one of my bridesmaids had to change her size of bracelet and my card was automatically charged without any authorization. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. Never shopping here again. Not worth it.

Buyer beware…

We have purchased many things from Mejuri in the past, spending a fair amount of money. For the most part, service has always been good with the items delivered as advertised but then again, there hadn't been any issue until the last time.
I purchased a silver open bracelet that developed a crack after about 6 months. Twice my warrantee claim got denied as they said scratches aren't covered. Twice I assured the customer service person that it wasn't a scratch but a crack, twice I got denied. It wasn't until I went to a physical store and showed the bracelet to the assistant manager that the warrantee was finally honoured. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and as soon as the store credit is spent, I will never purchased anything from Mejuri again. I like your product but for me, customer service is a deal breaker and you failed.

Update to my above review.
Mejuri has reached out, admitted they fell short and gave me a store credit as a show of good will. That gesture is much appreciated and I think speaks well of their respect for customers.
It's too bad it took so long and a review to improve things but here we are.

A company with beautiful pieces but some practical flaws.

I was so so upset - Mejuri has gorgous stuff, but when I purchased a pair of earrings in store, they told me the only pair they had left was damaged, so they gave me a discount and said they would ship it to my house. When I checked online later, it said it would ship in a month, which was already extremely frustrating, and then a few days later the delivery date was switched - to over two months since my day of the purchase. It wasn't right to insinuate that I would get my product a few days later, and then to keep having the date pushed off. The staff in store is really nice, but online it's a different vibe. And the pieces are beautiful, but a lot of the gold vermeil that makes skin contact turns black after every 1-2 uses, which doesn't happen to most of my other jewelry. I won't stop shoping at Mejuri, but I will definitely be more cautious in the future.

Earring clasp faulty first wearing

Earring clasp faulty first wearing. Long difficult process to communicate and return.

Think the clasp design isn't good, curious if others have issues.

Zodiac necklace I like, but clasp very small and fiddly, difficult to do up, sometimes catches on hole of little tag instead of intended circle.

Would probably not buy anything with a clasp in future.

Poor quality and customer service

I bought a set of three of their puzzle stacking rings and within 2 months all the gold plating had worn off! I understand that it’s only a plating but for this price I would hope that they would last longer than 2 months. They also wore away in any spots that there was contact between the rings even though these are sold as stacking rings. When I reached out to customer service I basically got told that I should just never wear them and then they’d stay perfectly fine. They said don’t get water in them, don’t get lotion on them, don’t get makeup in them. I mean they’re rings on hands. I’m going to wash my hands, that’s gross. Also I was taking them off to shower and for any other significant task. I understand that they are just a plating but their website boasts that the 18k vermeil plating will “last longer”. 2 months is not long.

Absolutely amazing experience

Absolutely amazing experience. The delivery was quick and everything arrived beautifully packaged, it felt really premium and made opening it such a lovely experience. The 14ct white gold huggie earrings are stunning, super shiny and amazing quality. I’m completely in love with them and have already had compliments wearing them. You can tell this company really cares about both their jewellery and the customer experience. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be ordering again!
