I’ve used these filters lots and as a product they are great. It is just a difficult pill to swallow, that it costs the same as the product for postage. 3 packs of filters totalled less than a fiver,... Ver mais
Needed new jug, found what I needed, ordered, and delivery was quick. Was also less expensive than anticipated. Good service, quality, price.
Fantastic machine and great customer service when I needed it, straight through to a real person who actually helps you sort it and follows up if they can’t resolve it. Thank you Sharon 🙏

Melitta UK - Passionate about coffee
Escrito pela empresa
- Quality in everything we do
- We place the highest quality demands on our products. Our company founder, Melitta Bentz, serves as a model: In 1908 she developed the world's first coffee filter with the help of a brass can and a sheet of blotting paper. Shaped by ingenuity, entrepreneurial spirit and passion, she successfully expanded the company and thus laid the foundation for today's corporate group. In the past 100 years, the Melitta group of companies revolutionized the preparation of coffee several times: For example, Melitta launched the first filter-fine ground and vacuum-packed coffee and the first electric filter coffee machine on the German market. The high quality of the filter bags with the patented Aromapor® paper is also unsurpassed. The Melitta® brand therefore stands for special coffee enjoyment and is one of the best-known and best-selling brands in the coffee segment. Our passion doesn't just stop at our products. We're committed to delivering only the very best to our customers, from your very first interaction with us.
2 Year Warranty
Only the best quality products - we guarantee it
If something should happen, don't worry, our two year warranty will ensure you get back to enjoying your favourite cup of coffee in no time.

Excellent, just one niggle…
I always purchase items to care for my (excellent!) bean-to-cup machine, direct from Melitta, when discounted on promotion.
However, as is quite often the case, the water filters were ‘out of stock’ on this occasion, only to appear ‘in stock’ immediately after the promo has ended🙁 Shame, I was not even given the opportunity to place a ‘back order’ at the discounted price - I would have bought a year’s supply, and have been prepared for a delay in dispatch.
That said, I did receive my other items quickly and well packaged.
Please consider sorting the niggle to your loyal customers.

Top brew
I have been making pour over coffee for a good few years now. To be honest I don’t know why I purchased the Melitta but I’m so glad I did. Simple to use, easy on the eye and great tasting coffee without having to stand over the grounds whirling a pot around. Nice one!

Great machine and good service
Needed to replace a Melitta filter coffee machine that stopped working after 7-8 years, and particularly wanted another thermal jug type.
Ordered online with a discount code on Melitta's website.
Quick delivery (free) and very happy with the new coffee machine.
