Quality products and great coffee.
Unfortunately can't say the same for there delivery company.
Again DPD just left my order where they wanted to and I have to play hunt the parcel.

Beautifully wrapped. strong packaging and padding inside. All recycleable. I am happy to wait for it to be despatched when it is so well packed.
I was kept informed on delivery down to a one hour slot.

Good Service
Needed to replace a broken coffee pot from a discontinued product - Melitta had exactly what I needed at a very good price. Delivery was very quick.

Slowly, slowly catchy coffee machine
I received no order confirmation from Melitta (checked junk/spam etc.) and was billed.
I later received an email from the courier which said my order was cancelled. A minute later I received another email saying the courier are expecting my order soon.
Called Melitta customer services UK to clarrify. Rang out.
First email from Melitta is a "How did we do!?" Er, not brilliantly; I've been ghosted, cancelled, seemly reinstated and ignored.
Patiently awaiting new coffee machine.

Excellent Service
I am very impressed with both the customer service and speed of delivery. I sent an email with a query, which was courteously responded to extremely quickly and helpfully. The item I ordered (a replacement jug) was despatched straightaway and delivered within a couple of days. Excellent service!
