I’ve used these filters lots and as a product they are great. It is just a difficult pill to swallow, that it costs the same as the product for postage. 3 packs of filters totalled less than a fiver,... Ver mais

Fantastic machine and great customer service when I needed it, straight through to a real person who actually helps you sort it and follows up if they can’t resolve it. Thank you Sharon 🙏

- Quality in everything we do
- We place the highest quality demands on our products. Our company founder, Melitta Bentz, serves as a model: In 1908 she developed the world's first coffee filter with the help of a brass can and a sheet of blotting paper. Shaped by ingenuity, entrepreneurial spirit and passion, she successfully expanded the company and thus laid the foundation for today's corporate group. In the past 100 years, the Melitta group of companies revolutionized the preparation of coffee several times: For example, Melitta launched the first filter-fine ground and vacuum-packed coffee and the first electric filter coffee machine on the German market. The high quality of the filter bags with the patented Aromapor® paper is also unsurpassed. The Melitta® brand therefore stands for special coffee enjoyment and is one of the best-known and best-selling brands in the coffee segment. Our passion doesn't just stop at our products. We're committed to delivering only the very best to our customers, from your very first interaction with us.

Terrible machine, terrible service
I purchased an Avanza bean to cup machine from the Melitta website and noticed straight away that it gives a VERY small coffee at the maximum volume setting I.e. less than 150ml. For context normal size mugs in the UK are around 300ml - 330ml. I got in touch with Melitta customer services, who then proceeded to deny that anything is wrong with the machine. They refused to offer a replacement/refund, which, as a consumer, is my right where a faulty product is provided. It is clear, at least at the time of writing, that they have no intention of rectifying the situation that they created. I wouldn’t buy again from Melitta as their machine and service are each terrible.
