Payment never works except for Paypal
The only payment method that ever works is PayPal. I’m unable to manually enter my card info without receiving an error. What I really wish is for them to add support for Apple Pay. The only way I ever want to pay for stuff online.

The tickets were more at the theater…
The tickets were more at the theater than if we just got them direct. They didn’t give the tickets for the price at govx site. They charge additional amount with the black ticket.

I have been trying for seats to Ragtime on Broadway but they have been very pricey. VCS came through for me with great seats at a great price... I am one very happy Veteran as is my spouse.

Cheaper and easier to reserve
I was able to get a 50 dollar difference on an email I received, I canceled my reservation with a different company and used id.me to save money! Super quick and easy!
** unfortunately, an email was sent right after my review that my reservation was rejected and canceled. Had to rebook my old reservation. Ruined my experience

We have taken care of this matter and made multiple attempts to reach the guest.
As a courtesy, we were able to cancel the order and process a refund for the one ticket that was accidentally booked.
