The stunning Jade as Kylie on Show - a true tribute to Kylie Minogue presented an awesome video at my wedding where we played it through a massive projector. Jade was amenable to all of my requests. Jade was amazing & sounded like Kylie Minogue All of my guests were transfixed. Jade put so much diligence into her performance & with the backdrop & stunning lighting show & just for one song. Her rousing rendition of 'On A Night Like This' was truly stupendous & that belting middle 8 vocal was Wow Wow Wow Wow. Jade as Kylie can adhere to any request to which her repertoire is immense & her costumes are exacting to Kylie's outfits & stage attire. As you can see from Showgirl 2005.
Highly recommended for bookings, online shows, Birthdays, Weddings etc. Huge gratitude Jade. You made our day so special with that extra magical sparkle ✨💃

Talent, unfortunately didn’t read the input provided properly, Honest mistake that could’ve been resolved quickly and the recipient would’ve had the most amazing Christmas present. HOWEVER, if you have an issue with this company, they will not respond, as you’ve probably seen with other reviews here. If everything goes well it’s fine but if it doesn’t you are left with a video which isn’t suitable for the recipient meaning quite often you need to buy them another gift. I absolutely don’t recommend this company who will take your money Assuming everything is going to be okay if it is not okay, they simply don’t care. They don’t even have the courtesy to respond to you.

Very disappointed. I ordered a video from Lesley Joseph for an anniversary gift for someone who is very ill and bedbound. I explained this when I purchased the gift . Lesley sent a lovely video apart from saying ‘are you going out to celebrate’. This would upset the recipient as she can’t move. I have asked for the video to be redone or the offending line to be edited out. No response at all from support despite many e mails.

. I can’t use the video as it is, which means I have wasted £60 and the recipients don’t get a gift from me. Such a shame that Support is so poor and spoils what would have been a good experience.

Habe drei Anfragen gestellt. Einmal Express und zweimal auf normalem Weg. Man bekommt keine Antwort und nichts nach einem oder sieben tagen läuft es dann ab und man weiss nicht wieso, weshalb und warum es nicht geklappt hat. Ich werde nie mehr einen Gruss bestellen oder diese unseriöse Seite weiter empfehlen. Wenn es abgelaufen ist bekommt man einen Code als entschädigung der aber nichts bringt weil ja sowieso niemand eine Anfrage erfüllt. Ich bin sauer und frage mich wieso man so was anbietet wenn man es nicht leisten kann? Eine Nachricht wäre auch toll das man nicht sieben Tage warten muss und es dann einfach storniert wird.

Awful. Never received video. Have sent several emails chasing and not even courtesy to write back. Thoroughly unprofessional.
Still chasing refund.

I logged an issue on 31st October, have had to constantly chase for updates, now coming towards end of December & still not resolved. Have asked for full refund, “money back guarantee”, still nothing. Emails being ignored, tweets being ignored. Awful customer service & no contact number to call them on

My other half has twice sent me a message via Chris Sutton through this platform and twice it has made my day and the occasion for me (Christmas and my 40th). The genuine warmth shown and relatable content was fantastic, using some facts and making it personable.

Ich habe vor zwei Wochen ein Video bestellt und außer einer Eingangsbestätigung der Anfrage dann ewig nichts gehört. Auf meine Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Irgendwann kam die Nachricht, dass das Talent doch keine Zeit hätte - warum bietet man dies dann überhaupt an? Das finde ich nicht seriös.

Fick en dålig ljudfil av kändisen. Gick inte att höra. Stod på hemsidan att man kunde kontakta support då för att reklamera. Men inget svar alls från kundtjänsten. Så 600kr betalt, kunde inte använda filmen, och fick inget svar från kundtjänsten

Ordered a message for my wife for our wedding anniversary from Bobby Norris. It said maximum turnover was 5 days. Ordered 7 days before to give plenty time. At 9:30pm the night before our anniversary and the day i’d requested the message be delivered to her phone I received an email saying he wasn't going to do the message but as compensation I can get free express delivery with my next order! Not useful with me in the lurch with a void on anniversary morning!

Habe ein kurzes Video von einem Promi geordert und hatte es innerhalb von einem kurzen Zeitraum. Qualität des Videos ist toll und der Inhalt ebenfalls.
War zuerst skeptisch, da ich den gleichen Promi bei einem anderen Anbieter gebucht hatte und dort gab es nach 6 Tagen Wartezeit leider kein Video. :-(

Do yourself a favour and don’t give them your money.
I run a children’s football team and have our presentation tomorrow. I placed an order for a video from Luis Figo on an express 24 hour delivery and paid £150, he didn’t complete the order so they said try again and they will pay the £48 for the 24 hour delivery. So I paid another £102 for Luis Figo and still never received the video.
Well done memmome I will have a few upset children tomorrow. You have all the celebs who are millionaires, you’re taking people hard earned money and letting people and children down. You should be ashamed of the dishonest service you say you provide. I will be going over to the OTHER SITE CALLED CAMEO

Terrible service and response to my complaint.
Ordered a video message and paid for the normal 7 day service, as I wanted it for 9 days time.
On the 7th day I received an email saying that the talent had cancelled the order because he didn’t have time to do it.
Memmo said that I had only paid for standard delivery and if I wanted it quicker, I could have paid for express delivery.
They just don’t get the point. If they can’t do it in 7 days how can they do it in 24 hours. And why wait until the 7th day to reject the job leaving very little time to find an alternative.
So basically, if you have any particular deadline, don’t use this company because you might get your message or you might not.
