Rather than settle, we designed and engraved one ourselves — and that experience became the foundation of the family business we run today. Every piece is crafted from premium natural granite and engraved in-house by our own team, so we can offer free personalised gold engraving with no character limits and full control over quality from start to finish. Our approach is simple: fair pricing, honest engraving, and memorials made to last a lifetime. More than happy

More than happy, other services are 6 to 20 week service hard to find anyone with less that 8 and that is with restricted choice of stone. Memorial direct is more than half the price of those competitors and delivery is done within 7 days. Perfect hassle free service many thanks for your service at this difficult time it makes life easier rather than chasing people worrying about cost. Fantastic service

The end product was excellent

The end product was excellent, all my requests were carried out and Jamie who engraved the stone did an excellent job! all this for a fair price with great packaging in a presentable box!

It’s great to be able to view the wording on the bench on the website before you buy. The delivered bench was exactly what we wanted.

Excellent Quality

The bench is great quality and wording as requested. Delivery as agreed. The delivery driver was lovely and really helpful and friendly. Wood is excellent as well as the carving. Cannot fault it at all.

Very efficient from beginning to end

Very efficient from beginning to end.
The ordering process was easy and we were kept up to date with regards to delivery dates etc.
We could choose a delivery date and it arrived as planned.
The bench was lovely and as we had hoped.

Good quality product

Overall, a positive experience with memorials direct. The website was easy to use and you could view your inscription before ordering. We chose a black granite memorial vase and when it eventually came we were very pleased. Very good quality. Delivery was a bit stressful as they were running behind with orders but customer service was good when contacted for sn update. Would recommend
