Memorial plaque
Memorial plaque (roughly A4 size). First contact with them on Wednesday 30th June 2026 in the evening. 2 proofs received next day and approved. Plaque was received on Friday 3rd July. Perfect plaque and perfect service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent experience from Faith and the team. I had a slight issue with my plaque that Faith sorted with no hesitation and no fault of the company but the delivery company. Fantastic product, communication and service from this company. Will highly recommend.

Excellent quality and workmanship
I fully researched before ordering a plaque and found the pricing to be better than competitors . Some were only 1 cm thick so I ordered off Memorials Direct. On receipt I am delighted with the quality and workmanship. Thank you Jamie!

Wonderful experience at a difficult time
The whole process at a difficult time was really well organised. Lots of communication and proofs for me to view. Lovely experience and the finished product was beautiful and perfect.
I would definately recommend, there was no pressure just help and continued support and updates from Faith.

Beautiful and realistic roses
The flowers arrived very quickly and packaged well so there was no crushing . Flowers are beautiful, only 2 of the Memorials pots were weighted the other 2 were extremely light , hopefully the wind won't take them. Very happy with them and when the time comes to replace them I will definitely use this company again. Whilst at first sight the Memorials appears to be expensive, in the long run they will definitely pay for themselves. I bought 4 different pots to allow me to swap them about as I would have with real flowers. Thank you for making a difficult time and choice easier.

I have just received our plaque we had made for my sons 14 year old best friend such a beautiful gift to lay at he’s resting place I am so overwhelmed at how beautifully made this is .

Excellent, fast & efficient service from them & a quality looking plaque.
Had a couple of questions with regards to design & layout which was answered by email very quickly by Faith.
Confirmed my order & within the week had received the plaque.
Looks good, pleased with it & sensibly priced.
Would definitely recommend.

I have received first class customer service from this company, from my first enquiry right upto receiving my plaque. Faith was excellent and answered my emails quickly and professionally and Jamie did an excellent job with the engraving. My plaque was also delivered really quickly and with care, I wouldn't hesitate in buying from Memorials Direct in the future
