I really felt listened to and understood

If you want to be heard and not rushed when talking about things of such a sensitive nature then menopause care are the right team for you.
From the start everyone has been really helpful and given me all the support I could want. Unlike the GP who has very limited time you don't feel rushed which makes the consultation so much easier and you feel more relaxed or at least i will do on the next appointment.
I highly recommend the company and Kari is warm, kind, caring and friendly as well as being very knowledgeable and helpful. I was spoken to like I matter and my symptoms were taken seriously which in the world we live in that is difficult! If you're in doubt as to whether it's worth it I can confirm you are worth it and they will help you to see that.

Having someone take the time to listen to my full history. Show empathy and provide in depth knowledge with all options was an excellent experience.

Answered all of my questions thoroughly. The Doctor was kind, helpful and understanding of my concerns. She gave me clear options on how to proceed and followed up with a letter documenting our conversation.

Incredible service. Able to get an appointment same day. So knowledgeable and understanding with everything covered.

After spending far too much time trying to make sense of conflicting advice on social media and from well meaning friends, I decided to book a face to face appointment at this menopause clinic, and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, I never felt rushed. The consultation was thorough, professional and, most importantly, centred around me. Every option was explained clearly, my concerns were listened to, and I felt involved in deciding what was right for my own situation rather than being given a one size fits all approach.

It was incredibly reassuring to have expert advice that cut through all the noise and misinformation. I left feeling informed, supported and much more confident about my next steps.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for personalised menopause advice and support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information, this is absolutely the place to go.

I think my doctor was very non judgemental and understanding and very thorough. I've knocked a star off because if you're on the monthly plan you only get 12 weeks of medication but can't book a review until after 12 weeks is up, which can leave you short, so I'm having to wait to start the treatment so I don't run out before my review. But I'd definitely recommend. It's very simple and straightforward and affordable if you do the monthly plan.

I have been with Menopause care since 2021. The biggest aspect I value is the consistency and support. Treatments are bespoke which I really value. Communication is always good.

Excellent service through from booking via email as I didn't know who to choose as my consultant. Samantha on the Patient Care team was so helpful and very speedy in phone calls and reply emails. I booked online Charlotte Gooding and our conversation appointment was very thorough, discussing all symptoms and previous HRT history, options and which would be best to try. All in all I would highly recommend contacting Menopause Care.

After being dismissed by NHS GP’s it was so nice to finally be heard and listened to and not have any of my symptoms dismissed. My diagnosis and treatment plan was explained in a way which was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend Menopause Care to anyone.

I wasnt being listened to by my dr and out of frustration I came upon this company. The first call asking about booking an appointment was so great I felt she listened to everything I needed and gave great advise. The drs call was the same day it was a 45 min call and she put my mind at rest and gave me all the information I needed. I am in early menopause and the hrt I was on for 5 weeks did nothing within a few days of adjustment my symptoms went away. I wish all drs were like this. I felt cared for and that I was finally on the right track

After experiencing peri symptoms for years but being fobbed off by my (male) GP after a single blood test, I decided to invest in myself and go private. I had seen Naomi Potter's videos on TikTok but opted to meet one of her colleagues instead who has a specialism in endocrinology as I have hypothyroidism.
Dr Napier is truly wonderful. I felt so at ease with her. She has a lovely way with patients. I was so impressed that Dr Napier so easily understood my medical history and could actually recall and reference it throughout the appointment. That made me feel like she had been my doctor for years. I don't get that kind of experience from my own GP! I genuinely believed her when she offered for me to email the team with questions and she will come back to me quickly. My appointment was so thorough that I don't anticipate questions but the offer was much appreciated. Dr Napier is truly a medical genius who can very easily pull together various facets of medical history, symptoms, and preferences, to almost instantly create a bespoke plan. I don't think I have encountered someone before who can so easily recall information like that and then so easily combine data and guidelines with pragmatism. Dr Napier was so kind and at no point did I feel awkward when we touched sensitive topics. I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
Other more general positives are that the videocall technology worked perfectly which I had not expected! The testing functionality was great (re sound and video). The website is clear and easy to use and very welcoming. And the Reception team are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Cheers :)

What a find Dr Charkin has been, a Dr that listens and worked with me to help me manage HRT with complex endometriosis.

The service I received was good but the progesterone medication I received was unsuitable for plant-based diets as it contains bovine gelatine! I had to return it all & get a refund & no other progesterone options were available to me so alas, I'm no further with my menopause journey. You do get a much longer appointment than with an NHS GP but the medication is expensive compared to a prescription from a GP. I would recommend but it didn't work for me.
