If I could give zero stars I would…terrible customer service as I’ve been ignored on several occasions after sending various emails about a return. Will ensure that friends, family and colleagues avoid this company. I sent off the return weeks ago (and in alignment with the company’s own policy) and still to receive any acknowledgement, nevermind the refund that they are required to adhere to.

Awful experience - which going by other reviews - is a common trend and extremely disappointing.

I was charged duties even though I paid for the more expensive shipping that included prepaid duties and fees, as stated in their shipping terms and conditions. I contacted support and after one response saying they'll get back to me, they never did and have since ignored my messages. I will not be buying from this site again.

I rate this company 5 stars everything considered. I have one niggly complaint with them which was more than satisfactorily addressed.
Their products are competitively priced and of good quality. Delivery can sometimes be tardy but not a concern for me thus far.

This is a well made shirt , it fitted perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase , Ive already recommended this site to a couple of of my uncles

Where to begin? Ordered an item which turned up on time. Great! Problem was that the item wasn’t the same one listed on the site, didn’t match the images or the description. Tried emailing but got no response. Had a look at their slightly shady returns policy. 14 days to return and I would need to pay for the return. Given it was their mistake that doesn’t seem quite right, but…oh yeah, they still haven’t replied to the email to try and sort it out.

Given other comments about returned goods not being refunded just decided to keep the item. Overall I’d mark them as “Avoid”. Selling at a distance in 2024 should be better than this: could try answering emails for a start; and maybe not charging customers for returns when it’s your fault. And, for the record, the offending item is still in their website

Delivery was prompt and the jacket I ordered was packaged well...item was of great quality and at a fraction of the price was an absolute bargain. Unfortunately I had to return the item as I no longer needed it for it's intended use but I would definitely recommend this company and service

Goods to small by UK standard sizing - returned but yet to receive a refund!!!

Ordered a suit which did arrive but due to sizing it was unsuitable. I contacted before purchase with no replies, since returning the suit to them which was delivered within 3 days back to them there has been 0 replies from there whatsapp chat, email address and contact page on the website. Unable to contact via phone.

Have resorted to opening a frustrating paypal claim to try and claim my money back. Would be cautious buying from this company as it is impossible to get hold of anyone

Suit was lovely, arrived on good time .

I ws able to order what i wanted over the internet and it all arived without any hassel and fast

Schoenen binnen 1 week stuk. Klantenservice gemaild en geen reactie. Losse mail gestuurd en geen reactie. Bizar. Dure schoenen, meteen stuk, geen reacties en geen service.

Menswearr where great to work with beginning to end. They helped recommend which jacket sizing made the most sense for myself after I had improperly ordered the wrong size and saved myself a lot in Tans-Atlantic shipping fee's that would have resulted from the inevitable exchange. 100% recommend for the customer service and the great quality product.
