I order a morning suit coat in available size they took payment, then they emailed me saying that size was not available, offered me a larger size which would not fit me I refused it, I requested a refund and despite a number emails and call where they said they would refund, they have still not processed a refund. I don’t recommend that you order from them. I am continuing to chase refund.

The suit came exactly as ordered. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated but it still arrived with plenty of time to hem the pants and get the arms tailored. Other than the length of the sleeves and pants the suit fits perfectly.

An internet purchase for a birthday celebration. The cravat and pocket square were of great quality and transaction / delivery very smooth.

I've been waiting for my refund on a return for weeks, numerous emails and not one response or even acknowledgement, this has since been rectified thankyou.

Very professional and solid communication with the shop ahead of my purchase. They also advised on the exact size that I would require and they were spot on.

This company is clearly not in the UK. The spelling and use of tuxedo, a USA term, gives it away. Hence poor service and lack of correspondence explained from some reviews.
