Omg where do I start….. empty promises.
I am so annoyed at this store. I was looking forward to my vinyl, but it never came. It took them long to respond to me. When I did I was told the items are unavailable, and to pick something else from the store.
I did pick a replacement, but was never acknowledged this. Took a while for them to get back, just to say they refunded me. I won’t be purchasing from this store ever again

Ordered a hoodie that my son had been driving me mad about for his birthday. Bit of a mix up at first (I ordered a large youth but received an adult large) but Reece from customer service sorted it and couldn’t have been more helpful. He got a new hoodie sent out to me in the correct size and refunded me the delivery for the hoodie I returned. He also kept in constant contact informing me on the new tracking information and when it was dispatched. Great customer service!

I ordered a few things off of this place and I love how well addressed everything is and when an item will show up or to be expected. I also like how everyone on the customer service side is so helpful when a package is late! I just love my items! I just love how they handle it and hope they continue to do a great job! I

Fantastic quality and outstanding customer service! My kids LOVE the clothing and pretty much wear a Monke shirt everyday. With that said they are washed very regularly and stand the test of time! A true favorite. Received 5 star customer service outside of regular business hours for a mistake I made! She was so friendly and amazing and immediately fixed my error. Just another reason I will continue to keep coming back! Thank you again!!!! Love your brand and love your customer service!

This was a really easy and wonderful experience for me. When I had to talk to someone because I was moving, they got back to me within 24 hours.

My correspondence even double checked the new address for me when I told him why I was changing the address on the order.
