Horrible Experience

Horrible. I ordered 2 hoodies on November 30th knowing that it was a 4-7 day process with a 2-3 day shipping period on top of that, not a big deal. I understand it was around the holidays, but it took over 2 weeks to receive my item(s) which I only received 1!! Sent several emails and even tried calling a couple times, nothing. Looks like I got scammed and lost out this time. You won’t see me buying from here ANYMORE!

I ordered two shirts from this website Nov 19th, i had a track number but it wouldnt let me view it and now I cant find the tracking number anywhere. I really wanted my Dane Cook shirts!!!!! When I viewed where I ordered the shirts, it said i got it from Warner Elektra Atlantic. So i have no idea where the hell that is

Order 3 items on December 1st

Order 3 items on December 1st, for Christmas presents. Credit card was charged. December 19th, email received that one item I ORDERED (and was available at the time) was sold out. December 25, 2019, NOTHING received yet. After reading all the other terrible reviews, I guess my emails will continue to go unanswered. Great....

I wish I could give this zero stars....

I wish I could give this zero stars. I placed an order in November. It was set to ship 12/2 but it never arrived. I paid expedited shipping to get it here for our daughter before Christmas. I have called and emailed. I got one response a week ago that it was shipping shortly and I would receive an email with tracking information. That email never came. Now no one is responding. No gifts for my daughter, no response and they charged my card. I absolutely can not emphasize enough to people not to buy from this site/company. I have never had an experience like this and they simple do not even care when you complain.

The site indicates that your order will…

The site indicates that your order will take 3-5 business days, for processing. I ordered on Dec 11th. My order was not shipped until Dec20th. This is unacceptable.

False advertising is okay with these people. They're not going to scam anyone I know. I will make certain to tell my Brother In-law, the presents, which I attempted to purchase for his daughter, From Merchnow, for Christmas, will not arrive before he and his daughter return to the US. Merchnow, is not honest about the time required to process orders. I will ensue that I let everyone know.

Not responsive

Not responsive, haven't received my order (it's been almost 3 weeks), they're screwing everyone else over. Will NEVER order from this site again and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family and music scene to steer clear from this company.

À éviter absolument !

J'ai passé une commande aux États-Unis. Plusieurs articles sont arrivés abîmés (pour 100€), j'ai pris contact à plusieurs reprises avec leur service après vente pour essayer de trouver un arrangement/échange mais ils n'ont rien fait pour m'aider et depuis un certains temps ils font la sourde oreille. Grand manque de professionnalisme.

I should have read the reviews before ordering.
I placed an order on Dec 7th, with a ship date of Dec 12th.
My item still hasn't shipped, and it's now the 18th.
They didn't take long to take the money from my account though!
Emails only elicit an automated response.
Calls go to voicemail, and no return call.
I knew better than to order from a site like this, but did it anyway.
Never again!
I'll NEVER order from this company again, and I'd advise anyone else not to, either!

terrible return policy

terrible return policy. I, even though they screwed up, have to pay for shipping back to them just to get the correct size, and they wont accept exchanges in December or January so they screwed me out of my money basically. pathetic.

DON’T BUY FROM HERE. I would rate them a 0 if given the option. I bought a hoodie here on Nov 24th, was emailed that it shipped two days later and then was delivered on the 29th, while I was out of town. Was back the next day and my package was not there. I live in apartment but have seen my neighbors have packages sit outside their door for three days and NOT GET STOLEN. So I definitely don’t believe mine was stolen, though that’s always an option. But I suspect my package was NEVER delivered. Reading other reviews, I suspect that even more. My husband and I both have tried contacting merchnow over phone and email but have only been replied to over email ONCE and NEVER been answered via call. This place is most definitely a scam, I’ll keep trying to get my money back but I don’t believe I’ll ever see my package. Please save a headache and don’t bother even looking on this site.

I have emailed and called (left voicemails) and have not been contacted back. Every time I check my order, the shipping date changes to the day I check. It's been almost a month. At this point, I lost my money and will not be getting the merch. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Order nightmare

I have bought products before but never had any issues like this. I ordered a rare, limited 45 from them and I was very excited to receive it. It's been over a month and it has been a hassle to receive it. (still not here) If the option PayPal is available, that is the main way I check out when I order online because it adds my shipping and billing address easily and quickly. (They're the same address) For one, the package took forever to get to my city and secondly, they mailed it to the WRONG house. At first, I was upset at my local USPS because when I checked the tracking number it said it was delivered so I was confused as to why it said delivered when it never arrived. My local USPS told me to wait a few days while they verified what could've happened. So I contacted USPS again and they said sorry we indeed delivered to the wrong home, it is already on its way back because it was requested to be sent back to sender so we can't stop it and return it to you. So then I emailed MerchNow and kindly told them of my situation that USPS delivered to the wrong house and whoever lived there had requested for the package to be sent back to sender. I also told them everything my USPS said that they couldn't stop it from being sent back. So I asked them what can be done or how do we go about it when it arrives back at their facility. I could just feel through their wording that they were annoyed about it and were trying hard to be as indirectly rude about the situation to me. As if, it was all my fault that I am in this mess to begin with. They said they would "update me" but I would have to check on them every few days because I would receive responses 2-3 days later after I would send a follow up. It took the package two weeks to get back to their facility and it has been a horrific experience. Today it arrived and they told me I had to pay $8 for it to be resent. I wish I had checked the email more throughly before submitting payment which is my fault they took another $8 from me. I just really wanted that record to arrive already since its been over a month and I am tired of this situation. This is my fault for not checking first but when they requested for the address to be reverified, it was not even my house number. This whole time my local USPS took blame for something that was not their fault and they must have indeed delivered to the right house that was on the label. So it turns out it this whole mess was made from MerchNow since the very beginning and I ended paying for their mistakes. My address since day 1 has always been correct and I even sent them proof showing it. I don't think I will purchase anything from them again. Instead of emailing me back after seeing all the proof I sent that it was their error, they just sent me a confirmation that it has been resent to me with a new tracking number. Very disappointing considering they could've at least said sorry we messed up at the very least. If they had apologized, I would’ve gotten over having to pay for shipping twice, but they didn't even acknowledge the email I sent with all the proof. It speaks volume about how they care about their customers. Now I have to wait possibly two weeks just for the item to make to my home. Hopefully it arrives this time. Never ordering from here again.

The Worst Merch Store You Could Imagine

I bought a couple of stuff from merchnow. Some of them were preorder items, but they were due to ship in like a week or so after I have paid for them. Eventually, the items were ‘shipped’. But after more than a month, my items never reached me. It was then i decided to contact customer support. They told me sometimes packages could take up to 8 weeks to arrive so I literally waited for a few more days to contact them again. The items still haven’t arrived. By now I was getting quite annoyed, so I contacted them again. I did not receive any indication that the items were shipped. If they were and if I wasn’t present at home, the post office will hold my items for me until I am able to collect them. This is why I suspect that they were never shipped in the first place. Out of nowhere my items were being returned. Afterwards, they got back to me, saying that the items have returned to their base. And they have the cheek to make me pay for shipping again to get it reshipped to my place. They have since refunded me, but they failed to include the shipping costs in the refund. So I literally paid US$20 for absolutely nothing. Waste of money and time. The staff absolutely doesn’t care. Worst shop ever.

Conflicted feelings here

Conflicted feelings here. I ordered 5 items, and one of them was not shipped due to being out of stock. I was not charged for that and was made aware ahead of time which I’m glad about. However, it took more than 3 weeks for my items to arrive for 3-5 day shipping. They shipped two of the one hoodie I ordered despite the receipt specifying that one was purchased. I’m trying to find out if I was charged and why I was sent two of one item. If I find that I wasn’t charged I’ll update the rating to a 3.

lack of customer service

I purchased quite a few inquisitor master items for my daughter. I received 2 items after 2weeks(the less expensive ones). I have been trying to contact the company through email as that is the only way to contact them and no responses.
Very disappointed in their lack of customer service, inability to contact a live person and how long it is taking to receive the products, at this point I don’t know if I will. I just wish someone would respond. I wish I never brought from this company. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I ordered a record almost 3 weeks ago. Not only did I not get it. Every day I check to track it and see where it is. It’s still never been shipped. I will never buy anything from MerchNOW ever again and will tell every person I meet to not do business with them.

Skuffende kvalitet og dyr forsendelse

Jeg var meget skuffet over kvaliteten af produkterne jeg modtog (2 tshirts og en trøje).
Varene jeg bestilte kunne kun sendes med USPS First Class, hvilket sammen med tolden i Danmark endte i $60.
Jeg kontaktede support of fik hurtigt svaret, at jeg kunne sende produktet med USPS First Class til modtagelse inden for 30 dage. Der vil blive påregnet en fee på $2 og jeg skal selv betale fragten. Derefter vil de evaluere om jeg er berettiget til refusion. Med de anmeldelser jeg kan læse omkring MerchNOW, så er det ikke en chance jeg tør tage.
Jeg vil anbefale at benytte sig af europæiske sider til køb af band merch.

I recommend the website

Everything arrived in good condition and even with a bonus cd, poster and sticker. The only complaint id have is that I had to pay another 14 pounds for custom charges.

I ordered 6 Nonpoint items, I received my whole order within a week. All my items were TOP OF THE LINE AWESOME! ALSO THEY WERE ALOT CHEAPER THAN OTHER SITES! WILL ORDER FROM AGAIN!!

The absolute worst merch retailer ever

The absolute worst merch retailer ever.
I recently bought some merch from MerchNow for one of my favorite bands. I was already debating on getting it because it was so expensive. I decided to and went to checkout and the ONLY option for shipping was 2-Day Priority for $10.50. I placed my order anyways because I was super excited for the sweatshirt. 4 days pass, and I have gotten no updates on my order. I didn't pay $10.50 for nothing. I emailed customer support and they responded to my email within minutes and said it was because my order was a part of a "presale, as stated in the shopping cart during checkout". So naturally, I responded with screenshots of every step of the shopping cart, with no mention of a presale. No response. Sent another email. No response. Sent another email. 3 days later I recieved a response that was the same exact message as before. She did not even look at my emails or the screenshots. Awful company. Awful customer service. Avoid Avoid Avoid
