Best online store I’ve ever ordered from.

Will more than likely be using this store for all of my merchandise now. Buying was very simple and the website is very user friendly. I am especially surprised by their customer service though. I happen to be moving soon and shipping took a little longer than expected due to their limited staff at the time. As this is something I’m dealing with personally it is completely understandable. They made it extremely easy for me to ship to my temporary address within a few short e-mails.
You absolutely cannot beat customer service like that.

10 years down the drain.

Been ordering merch with these guys for over 10 years and today is when it stops.
I ordered 3 cd's over a month and a half ago. They finally showed up yesterday in a completely destroyed package with all 3 cd's obviously also destroyed. I emailed customer service and didn't hear back from them for about a day and a half. They are telling me I'm out of luck and they won't do anything since "I can assure you that it did NOT leave our facility in that state whatsoever." What state is that? Your form didn't let me attach pictures, so not only are you lying about your assurance but you're also lying about even knowing what that condition is! The post office put a stamp on the package stating it was received in damaged condition, yet it magically just happened without their knowledge?

I'll be filing a chargeback and never ordering from them again. After 10+ years and an average of about $500 at least per year, they've lost my business.

I saw all the negative comments and reviews. When I messaged costumer service they emailed me back 2 hours informing me I would get what I paid for. They sent the right size and shirt and it only took about 12 days since covid 19.i had a happy buying experience

Beyond poor service.

Beyond poor service. The most important piece of my order, the autographed poster, was not available despite the fact I preordered it...and for that this company gave me a $2 refund. Contacted them and they explained to me how the $2 refund was appropriate. I will be avoiding this company moving forward.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I PLACED ORDER BACK IN NOVEMBER. I RECEIVED PARTIAL ORDER WHICH WAS A BLESSIV SHIRT AND SWEATSUIT(which should've included hoodie and sweatpants) AND SENT A MISSING ITEM CLAIM WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (missing sweatpants).... THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER...
I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS THEY REPLIED BACK ONCE ASKING FOR PICTURES OF WHAT WAS RECEIVED AND THAT WAS SENT THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE EMAIL. I REQUESTED THE ITEM BE SENT OR A REFUND OF THE MISSING ITEM...

Never again!

Absolutely horrible. I placed my order and paid January 24th, 3 weeks ago from today. I wanted my ONE SINGLE TEE for my boyfriend as a v day present, well today is Valentine’s Day and not only has it not even been shipped and I’ve not received a single update or change to the status of it whatsoever, but I’m getting completely ignored by customer service. I waited patiently but then yesterday I emailed and nothing. Today I emailed and once again nothing. So I just emailed letting them know I’m going to dispute the charges. Never buying from this company again.

Terrible company, non existant customer service

Much like others on this site I am in the process of being taken advantage of by MerchNow.
I placed an pre-order for a "bundle" from them that included 2 T-shirts and an LP. When I received my invoice I noticed one of the shirts was the wrong size. I attempted to contact MerchNow via their phone number listed on their site. I phoned multiple times during their posted hours of operation, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally left a message with a call back number. I have not yet received an reply.
I then checked their FAQ page and discovered that I could not simply have the order modified, but needed to cancel the order and re-order the product. Not sure why that would be, but I again emailed (2x) and called hourly, and then (when no one answered the phone yet again?!) i left another call back message. Again no reply.
Fearing the worst I sent one more email to their support group informing them that if I did not hear back from them by 3pm the next day I would be filing a dispute claim with PayPal to have my funds returned. Less than 30 minutes later I received an email informing me my package has shipped (very coincidental timing IMHO!). This is amazing as this happened on 2/11/2020 and the album release date is 2/14/2020. Any music aficionados ever heard of a LP being released before it's official release date? I certainly haven't. This raised a lot of red flags so I checked the tracking information they sent me. My package has not been shipped. all they did was create a shipping label. Their website still shows a release date of 2/14/2020. Seems like they are puling a fast one.
I have filed my dispute with PayPal, hopefully I can recoup my funds.
I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor, this entire process has been a nightmare. Hopefully this review will help another unsuspecting buyer from the problems I have encountered dealing with MerchNow.

Ordered two items and after several…

Ordered two items and after several weeks of processing I got an email saying one of the items was out of stock and that I would be refunded for that portion of the order and the in stock item would ship. 10 days later I got an emailed saying the order shipped and included both items. Recieved the order and low and behold it was only the one item. I was never issued the refund. The paper receipt inside the package marked the out of stock item as being out of stock but the email confirmation said both items were included. I sent several emails to customer service and was ignored. I purchased the items using my paypal account so I entered a dispute claim with paypal which was eventually denied as when PayPal reached out to merchnow they told them both items shipped. So it was their word against mine. Absolute trash, I will never use this website again and advice everyone to do the same. They are thieves and liars

Non responsiveness time wasted still no money or product

Ordered beginning of December got December 24. Sizing super small, returned for exchanges they sent a previously unstated Holiday exchange policy with a January 15th 2019(type o)end date. I sent back items in an insured package via their policy on my dime. Got another email with a Holiday exchange policy that now had a 30th 2019(revised but still type o) cut of date. Confirmation they received on the 17th. No response via email They completely refuse to answer or return phone calls. I'm out over 60 total and no response...really....REPORT TO BBB!!! NEXT STOP FTC dept New York

Horrible customer service, and oh, no products shipped!

I guess they think it is OK to take your money and give stupid excuses on why they are not shipping your items. Ordered ONE item in early December for Christmas.........never got it.......only a couple of "so sorry" emails on why they can't fulfill their products. Sounds like SOMEBODY should take a MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS CLASS! This hoodie should be just right in August, right?? That is assuming that we eventually get it.
This is a one and done. Will NEVER order anything from them again.

7 weeks and still waiting

I ordered one t-shirt for my niece on November 29th with hopes it would be to her in time for Christmas. As of today when I track the order it still says, "processing." I have sent two e-mails. First on December 23rd and they said they were experiencing delays because of the holidays. Next e-mail was generic saying that because of the holidays it was longer than normal ship time. Really, 7 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped??? I would like to cancel it, but my niece really wants it. If this keeps up, I will have to order the next size up. Not happy. Horrible company!

Definitely not happy with these guys I ordered Christmas presents it was originally supposed to get here before Christmas it came in January fine but they sent the wrong size even states it on the invoice I’ve called left messages emails were sent to them they Marcia asked for pictures of the entire invoice and the tag on the shirt. Still haven’t heard from MARCIA BRADY @ merchnow

Very upset I placed an order it was the wrong size I send the merchandise back for the correct size was told it was out of stock and was going to be backordered for November we are now in January I have not received my merchandise or a refund I've sent several messages on the phone also several emails and they are not responding I am very unpleased and upset that I have to write a review I wish that they would at least get back to me or just send the refund it's been over 5 and a half months that I've been trying to get my order correct

Awful

Awful experience, ordered a Waterparks hoodie from the UK/EU website and chose first class delivery for the best part of £5 and it hasn’t even shipped yet 8 days later! Absolutely poor considering the fact that other companies deliver first class products within 2 days.

Awful

Awful. I placed an order and within 10 minutes put in for cancelation as I found other products I wanted more from another site. They didn't respond, the order got shipped. I called the next day and left a message. Still no response. I called USPS and told them not to deliver it once it got to the terminal and send it right back. I reached out again today. So frustrating. Really terrible company. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I will not be using them again.

Just AWFUL service

Just AWFUL service. I placed an order for my niece way before Christmas and it’s the middle of January. No one answers their phone and no one returned my multiple messages. No one responded to any of my numerous emails. But they sure as hell took my money. I finally got an email today that simply said they were out of stock. Then why didn’t you let me know weeks ago? And why did you take my money? Complaint issued with my bank and I got a refund. What an unprofessional unethical company.

Most useless company ever. They refuse to respond!! I have been waiting over 4 months for an order. The band and the company both have blown me off!!! DO NOT ORDER from these useless pieces of crap!!!!!!!!

I had previously rated merchnow poorly…

I had previously rated merchnow poorly and I thought I should change my review rating. My items finally arrived. I had thought I'd been shafted but they arrived the day after I last rated them. All my items are what I ordered and seem to be good quality. Merchnow's prices are good,there products and range are great but there delivery times are pretty slow. Happy customer.Finally.
