I accidentally brought the wrong vinyl and im in the uk so shipping is extortionate, in a panic i emailed the customer services and Brooklyn (wherever you are i adore you!) was so helpful and quick and sorted me out😊 Great experience would 100% recommend

I am writing this email to thank the team over at Pure Noise’s merchandise department, but more specifically I would like to thank Lucille for her feedback when I sent out my first initial email regarding the Knocked Loose “A.T.I.T.F.O.L.” long sleeve. Not only was it amazing to get a response from someone within the same day, but her enthusiasm kept me in high spirits that this product would make it back to your website. I have since purchased the desired size and look forward to getting it sometime later on in the month, but I just wanted to thank you and your services greatly. I don’t think I have ever purchased anything from the Pure Noise webstore, but you can count on me making another purchase sometime in the near future thanks to your help.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I recently ordered the Unheavenly Creatures Vaxis I book, though there were issues with printing and I had to get support through the website due to the damage, I received amazing customer service from Brooklyn. She was kind and considerate and expressed her concern and understanding towards my situation, and was quick to work towards a solution for me. I had never ordered from MerchNow before but the service that Brooklyn provided went above and beyond and she has secured a customer for life!

Lucille at customer service was incredible. We had a mix up and I got the wrong sweater. She fixed my problem right away and with an awesome positive attitude. Will 100% be using MerchNow again!

Amazing customer service!
I has a mishap with the shipping of some vinyls, however Lucille has been helping and is still actively helping me to figure it out and make sure everything gets shipped to me. This has definitely been one the best customer service interactions I've had in terms of communication and just being super helpful. It has been much appreciated!!

TLDR: bought rare cd, arrived in very good condition, support was extremely helpful, kind, and swift at fixing USPS' delivering issues.
Ordered a cd printed almost 10 years ago, of which very few could still be found for sale (and even then, only second-hand). Package was transferred to USPS which promptly messed up and the package went in circles for almost 6 months, and as soon as I contacted the MerchNow support staff (since USPS offered none for this kind of international delivery), the package was sent again (after being offered the choice between a refund or being sent the package again) and in less than 2 weeks' time it was delivered.
Really no complaints; the cd case has a little crack in the corner of the case, but I can't really cry given how long ago it was made, and how long and far it has traveled in an USPS van.

Refunds for pre-orders
I've ordered from two separate pre-order drops and not only do they take almost 3 months to ship but they constantly refund items. Pre-order items. Items that they already have a number that they need for. This new ICP Hallowicked drop, 2 sweaters were refunded in the span of 2 months. I just got my order today and the item I wanted most apparently sold out while I was waiting. Even though I ordered months in advance. MerchNow is horrible. Will only be ordering through the vault from now on.
Edit: I appreciate the info very much. As a customer it's extremely frustrating to be excited for an item and then be refunded 3 months later. I'd rather it have been sold out during my purchase than to be looking forward for it. I will update my rating. Clearly there are more forces at play here and MerchNow isn't totally responsible for the mishaps. Again, thank you for the clarification.

First review… EVER?!
So this is my first time leaving a review on any form of subject matter outside of anything album related (and those are just YouTube videos requested by followers) but I felt the need to hop on here today just to talk about how goddamn COOL, helpful and easy to talk out a delivery issue (which was MY mess up, by the way) with courtesy of Brooklyn and her insanely AMAZING customer service. In a world where humans feel so entitled, immediately cast blame as opposed to accept it, and honestly are just downright rude, she was so kind and helpful even though I’m the one who totally goofed things up. Thanks Brooklyn for being wicked cool, helpful, patient and understanding. Again, I’m on here today because you give me hope for this s*** world. Much appreciated! I’ll order from y’all, I always have & I’ll continue to now, always!
