These socks are not moisture wicking and cannot be washed and dried normally.

Ordered 3 pairs wish I had not!!! The fit is horrible when you bend over the back comes down!!!! 🤬 can’t return them.. so I’m stuck with them … should have bought Fruit of the Loom.., much better much cheaper and returnable!!! And can’t wash these in hot water… ?!!!! 70 dollars wasted I don’t recommend these at all!!!!

I got a shipment where the clothes are defective - it has lose threads and are other parts with fuzz balls. The return is extremely slow l, and they ask for every single piece of detail of my purchase and still have processed my order after multiple weeks of starting the process

I ordered one pair of underwear to try before replacing all my underwear. Glad I did not order more. I ordered a Large based on their size guide and policy of no returns. The underwear I received was very uncomfortable and cut very badly in the inseam for someone with a Large size waist. While it fits in the waist, when I bend over the underwear only covers about half of my rear. This company had no interest in helping me with this issue. I have purchased a number of Merion Tech tee shirts and love them. However, as many note, they develop holes, especially on the stomach. I've learned not to tuck them in, and this helps---some. Interestingly, the first and best Merion shirt I bought from the company has lasted the longest without any holes. It had a distinctive knit, orange on the outside and a mix of brown and orange on the inside. It has lasted ten years--not one or two--without holes in front though is wearing thin in other ways. I once took a photo of it, and sent it to Merino Tech asking how I could purchase more. They said it had been a test sample and was no longer available. I cannot help but believe that it is no longer available because it lasts forever without getting holes in it (yes, it is 100% merino wool according to the label). I also purchased two REI-label 100% merino wool shirts years ago and today after much wearing and camping still no holes.
Thus, it is possible of manufacture durable merino shits that do not develop holes within a few months. Why don't companies do this?

Malheureusement je suis contraint de laisser un avis négatif car moi aussi après quelques jours porté, trois déchirures sont apparues sur un t-shirt bleu sans même l'avoir lavé. Sur un autre rouge un premier trou est apparu après le second lavage à la main. Si la laine, la finition et la couleur semblent de très bonne qualité, force est de constater que ce n'est pas le cas. Je précise que je porte des t-shirts en merino d'autres marques depuis des années, parfois plus fins, et je n'ai pas de problèmes. Et ce malgré les avoir parfois mis à la machine par erreur.
Le polo shirt merino.tech que j'ai porté tout l'été dernier n'a pour le moment pas de trou. Je ne peux que vous conseiller de porter rapidement leurs produits après achat pour tester la résistance avant un éventuel retour et remboursement.

I placed an order with this company and they never sent the correct item. I contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue and requested either a replacement or a refund.

Despite providing clear details and giving them ample opportunity to fix the mistake, they refused to refund me and did not correct the order.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of accountability and customer service.

I have emailed for the past three days. I want a return label. It gives a 30 day time limit and noone responds. time is passing. I don't want to be stuck with my items due to poor communication on the part of this company

I ordered a base layer set, during the Black Friday sale at a great discount, in the size indicated for me in the size chart. However, the fit was a bit too loose. I contacted Merino-Tech via email and asked to exchange, told them the size I wanted, and they agreed. I mailed the original set back to them with the free gift pair of socks they requested I return with the base layer set. Several days later I received an email saying they no longer have my size in the set I asked to exchange for and they would be refunding me. I went onto their website and they have the exact same product in separates. I realize they can make more on separates but when they said they could honor my exchange initially, it seems they might make an exception. However, they refused to send the separates even though they are the exact same product in the exact size and color I asked, and they agreed, to send. The difference is they are in 1 bag or 2 bags. Since I disagree with this decision, I asked to return my other items, still unworn, including a three pack of socks. I only got the items because of the sale. The socks arent even the color I ordered. They never sent the original color and I never received tracking for the socks like I did the rest of the order. So, I contacted Merino-Tech to ask of I would be getting the 3 pack of socks because I had nothing showing they were ever sent. They told me they were lost in the mail and that, unfortunately, they were no longer available. They asked if I wanted a different color and I told them what I would take as a replacement. I received the replacement pack. Now, they will not allow me to return the UNUSED socks because it is unsanitary and yet they requested I send back the free gift pair that I got with the base layer set or else they would not exchange my base layer set. The free pair is no more sanitary than the pair I paid for so I think we all know this has nothing to do with sanitation or customer service. It's the same reason they won't send me the EXACT SAME items in separates. I waited and bought this on Black Friday because that's what I could afford. I missed out on every other company's sales for Merino-Tech to pull this and leave me with nothing. I wouldn't purchase from them ever again because God forbid something doesn't fit.

For the price I really like the merino polo shirts

Size guides off...runs large. But if you wore it you bought it. Keep the packaging and any tags. Don't open any "free socks" as they are non-returnable and will affect your ability to even exchange another article. I like the product for the price but not the exchange policy. Won't look to them again.

I bought leggings, bennie hats, and shirts for me and my husband. They were light, mid and warmest. So far I'm impressed with the quality. They are super soft! My husband doesn't like regular wool bc it itches, yet he likes these. They wash well and i have put them in the dryer by mistake a couple times. They come out fine.
I also use them under jeans or sweaters, even to sleep or go biking. I've use the shirts for work w a nice pant.

I love that the wool is from new Zealand. I got the long sleeve womans shirt and it's so warm, fits well and stands up to washing. The socks that came with it are so nice, warm and cushy.

Terrible quality. Large hole developed in the front of shirt after wearing only 2 or 3 times.

The warranty claim was about 8 little holes in my long sleeve top. Not what you expect.

I really like this company's products. So why would I leave a 1-star review? Because they have no idea what they are doing.

I discovered Merino Tech when I bought a couple of their items on Amazon. Great items, I wanted more, so I went to their online store and placed another order. There were problems with that order - one of the items was out of stock, but they gave me a full refund. And a pair of men's grey socks.

I told them about the socks they sent me by "mistake," but no, this had been intentional. It was a free gift. I asked to return them as they are far too big and I do not wear grey socks. Nope; it was now up to me to dispose of the socks.

I placed another order to replace the out-of-stock item with something similar, and that order went well. I got my item quickly - along with another pair of men's grey socks.

I placed a third order - which included free socks, and this time they let me choose the socks - but I only received half the order, including the socks I had selected. And yet another pair of men's grey socks. This was starting to resemble a Monty Python sketch.

They said the missing items from my order were 'lost in transit,' and one of the items I ordered was no longer in stock, so they could send one item, but I'd have to make another selection for the second item or they would issue a refund. I asked for the tracking number - twice - but they did not provide it. The only explanation for this is that they never shipped it out in the first place, because any business could provide this information with the push of a button.

Furthermore, it seems they either make a habit of selling out-of-stock items, or they don't bother to update their website. This is extremely frustrating as it results in needless delays and settling for second-choice items.

So, to date, I have received only half the items I originally ordered, plus 3 pair of socks I didn't ask for and don't want. I will be asking them to send the one item from my last order and refund the item that's out of stock.

Interestingly enough, the two items I ordered through Amazon came promptly and with no problems - and no unwanted socks.

UPDATE: Since my complaint is with Merino Tech's service and not their products, I continued to buy clothing from them via their Amazon site. I just canceled one such order because it's been 5 days and it still hasn't shipped yet - and the item I ordered is no longer listed on Amazon's website. Been there, done that and I know what it means: Merino Tech is continuing to sell items they don't have. Sadly, they just don't seem to be capable of learning from their mistakes.

I regularly buy sportswear from Merino.Tech and I'm always impressed with the quality and comfort. Their 100% organic merino wool gear is perfect for workouts in any conditions. It's soft, breathable, and durable. I especially love their base layers and t-shirts – they’re ideal for an active lifestyle. I highly recommend Merino.Tech to all sports and outdoor enthusiasts!
