We felt so welcomed every time we visited the clinic, you don't feel like just a number but rather that your particular situation and you and your partner really matter and that all the staff there know about your struggle and share your concerns but mostly share your enthusiasm and your hope of getting your precious baby!!! From the kind receptionist, to nurses holding your hand during the transfer, to nurses cheering you and your partner on the transfer day, to doctor giving you a phone call to wish you good luck with such positivity that boosts your confidence, to the doctors on the egg retrieval and transfer - so confident yet so patient and kind and considerate! We were absolutely delighted by the experience from the start and even more so after we welcomed our precious baby girl! Absolutely top class service.
