First, I will start by saying: read the lower-star reviews. I wish I had.

When my fiancé and I attended our first consultation in Limerick, we left feeling positive and excited about starting our fertility journey.

Unfortunately, everything changed when I travelled to Dublin for a Hycosy test. When we arrived, several other couples were waiting. We were called to the reception desk and asked to make the full payment immediately, despite being told during our consultation in Limerick, and in numerous phone calls with the clinic, that all payments would be made through the online portal.

The receptionist came across as arrogant and showed no empathy or customer service skills. She did not smile and was extremely serious throughout the interaction. We found the situation embarrassing, particularly as it happened in front of the other couples sitting behind us.

After paying, we waited to be called for the procedure. When I entered the room, I was asked whether I had taken a pregnancy test that morning. When I said I had not, I was told to go to the bathroom and take one.

Once in the bathroom, I burst into tears. I was ready to run out the door and never return, but my fiancé was still waiting for me in the treatment room. I gathered myself and went back to explain that I had not brought a pregnancy test, only to be told that tests were already available in the bathroom. I returned to the bathroom, took the test, and brought it back to the room.

The Hycosy procedure then began. I found the nurse very rough, and I felt that the probe was inserted without sufficient care. The next few minutes felt like a lifetime, and I could not wait to leave.

On the journey home, I did not tell my partner how upset I had become or how strongly I had wanted to leave. To my surprise, he had noticed everything that happened and also felt very uncomfortable with the way we had been treated.

Because of this experience, we never returned to Therapy Fertility.

We later attended a consultation at another fertility clinic in Galway, and we were blown away by the difference in how we were treated. The consultation cost €200, but it was worth every cent. We have continued our fertility journey with that clinic and are now close to starting my ovarian stimulation medication.

My advice to anyone trying to conceive is this, if something does not feel right, trust your gut and seek a second opinion from another clinic.

I decided to go here as on origional consult the doctor seemed lovely but ended there. After money was paid there was no empathy the portal logging in and out every time was very stressful the directed use of the medications was dreadfull was eventually told to watch a video on how to administer the injections and on the day of the first treatment could not get a call for anyone in what I was suppose to be doing and then took it incorrectly after 3 calls asking to speak to a nurse.
No clear direction on the was happening just let us know when you get your period. When I did took 2 days to reply. Then the day of insemination I was a number not even a smile did I get from the nurses the girl in the lab testing the sperm was the nicest person I met that day.
Then got my period 7days early was really worried and bled for 10 days and only when I said I wanted to complain was when I got a call. Then told the the stress I faced from not getting communication would not have made a difference to the non pregnancy. Please course it would any way between hidden costs and the blame on using meds and the early period blamed on that I was so dissatisfied with the treatment and care was told there would be support I could even get a call back to ask a question.
Bad customer service never recommend

Emily was amazing every time we were at the Belfast clinic made us feel so welcome and was so understanding. Amy in dundalk was great too put are mind at ease and so easy to talk too. Everyone at the clinic have been brilliant couldn't fault a thing.

After a long and emotional journey to become a mother, I am delighted to say that thanks to the incredible team at Therapie Fertility, I am now holding my beautiful baby boy in my arms.
From my very first appointment, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Every member of staff made me feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout what was an overwhelming process. They never gave up on me even after a few setbacks and heartbreaks along the way.

I couldn’t recommend Thérapie Fertility Clinic enough. All the staff have been amazing from the moment we had an our first consultation up until the very end ,they have all been wonderful.

After 5 missed miscarriages a friend recommended therapie fertility clinic and we couldn't be more grateful. I am now 22 weeks +4 days pregnant and this journey wouldn't been possible without their expertise, compassion and support.

We have been with thèrapie since May 2022 , we were with another clinic 2 years before this , started this journey since 2020 , the clinic has felt like home to us everyone is ever so welcoming , we have had a great bond with many of the people working with thèarpie special John & nurse Amy which she feels more like a friend me at this stage which is lovely , Amy is based in Dundalk satellite clinic great have this location beside us , she been fantastic through many years with us , many fails 3 rounds of icsi lots of transfers & final on our 4th round which was ivf I am writing this 8 weeks pregnant we never give up & they never give up on us and we are just over the moon we have finally got to this stage couldn’t be happier & it’s to the thanks of thèrapie all the staff for not giving up hope for our wee miracle thanks to them all it’s were I am here today ever so grateful for this adventure ahead of us blessed. :)

We were made at ease from day 1 when we met with Amy M in the Dundalk satelite clinic. Amy M provided quality person centred care during each visit and was very interactive and broke down each stage of the journey so we felt we could make informed decisions which was vital for us.The whole Therapie team made this journey a very positive experience and we felt we recieved safe high/ quality care at each stage. I would highly recommend the Therapie team and cannot express our thanks enough

disappointing egg retrieval process because of the doctor, he looks like he doesnt like his job at all. never recommend to anyone

Currently 13 weeks pregnant from our first embryo transfer. We are a same sex couple and we did reciprocal IVF. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling with fertility. From our first consultation with Amy in Dundalk to every appointment after we felt so comfortable and informed in every test/procedure that was performed. Dr Megat did our transfer and he was the kindest man. Explained everything he was doing and answered every question we had. The portal was so handy and easy to get a response from a doctor or nurse whenever you were unsure of anything. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Therapie enough. Myself and my husband were made feel at ease every step of the way on our fertility journey by every staff member we encountered, particularly Amy at the Dundalk satellite clinic. We now have our beautiful twin boys thanks to them.

The staff and the Therapie Fertility Portal put me so at ease. The experience was professional and easy for me to navigate.

Pay the extra €200 it’s worth it.
To begin communication was appalling. Left very much in the dark and nothing explained properly. Friends of mine paid €200 more at more established clinics and got better results and care.
On the day. It was like a conveyer belt. Went got my egg retrieval. Doctor blew my vein which look can happen. But I went in around 9 ish and by 10 I was woken up and demanded to get dressed by a midwife. I had to hold onto the wall to dress myself and tried to go to the toilet and was falling around the place. Had to beg the nurse to help me to toilet. Got cup of tea given to me while I was still asleep with a biscuit. To say it lacked empathy was an understatement. I was out the door at 10:30 after an anaesthetic!! Only rem this in flashbacks. Complained to John Kennedy and was very much gaslit into believing it was a great service and did I want to go again at my own expenditure! Today I went to get a different procedure done in another clinic and completely different treatment!! Lesson pay the extra €200 irs worth it 🥰

I cannot recommend this team enough. After a failed NHS round, I was so impressed when I met with Emily at the Belfast satellite clinic and I knew this was the clinic that was going to help me. Age and a low AMH were against me. Despite this, my first cycle and first transfer was a success and I’m now sat here cuddling my beautiful baby as a result. Thank you to Emily, Dr Kennedy and the world class embryology team for helping me on my journey to motherhood.

Thérapie fertility are the best clinic. Every nurse consultant and midwife I have been in contact with and been nothing but exceptional. They have made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Portal is a great way to contact the clinic and can ask them anything and everything

Thérapie fertility has been amazing so far, they have treated my husband and I so great!

From our first consultation in July, Thérapie Fertility Clinic made us feel valued and cared for. As first-time patients we were nervous but we never once felt like we were just another number or there for money.

Everything was explained clearly step by step the process was affordable and the team were amazing. We are now 24 weeks pregnant and will always be grateful for the care and support we received.

We are so thankful for the time, care and treatment we have had with Therapie Clinic. Emily in the Belfast site is amazing. She is so friendly, understanding and reassuring. Our appointments were always at suitable times and the Clinic is handy to get too. Appointments always run on time also. Emily always takes time to check in on how things are going and answer any questions.

Mine and my husbands experience at Thérapie in carrickmines was absolutely outstanding we travelled from London to dublin to have our treatment we were lucky enough our first fresh transfer worked we are currently 10 weeks pregnant. We cannot thank Thérapie enough they have made our dream come true and we will never forget them they made us feel like family on every visit. They were very open with pricing and what treatment we would need at our first consultation their were no hidden costs so we knew exactly how much we needed. They also recommended hotels for us to stay at when we were there having treatment which was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. If we needed letters for work or anything like that we had it emailed to us within an hr we never kept waiting and they would always check in with us. Honestly from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for making this happen for me and my husband and hopefully we will be back for a sibling round in a few years. Stacey & James xx
