They are great
They are great. Pre ordered my item and come the release date no sign of my item. I emailed them for an update and they got back to me quickly. Then come the released date there was a slight change to the pre-order they got in touch straight away and answered all my questions and quickly despatched my item once I confirmed I still wanted it.

Honestly. Very disappointed. Pre ordered a booster box for it to not arrive on release date... or the following day. Even though they tell you its next day delivery. When I tried to contact the company on the friday I didnt hear back from them until Monday. Their response was "If you was signed up to the marketing emails you would have known there's a delay on Thursday". The email I received on the Thursday was confirmation my pre order was available, so it's "my fault" I didn't know. Apparently this is something they're looking to change as it was an automated email I received. They knew I wasn't signed up to marketing emails as the customer support confirmed it to me today and yet they still didn't let me know any other way?! How backwards is that?! Not only that but I was sent the email I was supposed to get on Thursday, one line reads. "All premium packs shipped yesterday along with some booster box orders" So what they're pretty much saying is. We took on too many orders and don't have enough to supply. The funny thing is I was told its the first time this has happened... yet all you need to do is scroll through a few reviews and you can see its happened before. So if you are thinking about pre ordering a booster box from here... even if it says 5+ in stock.. Next day delivery. DO NOT DO BELIVE THEM.
Overall I just wouldn't recommend using metageeks. Yes they apologised on the Monday but it's just not good enough. I was told the order had been dispatched this morning, a few back and forth emails and I told them how they could learn a thing or two from alchemistworkshop. I then received what come across as a mild threat saying if I want to cancel my order and buy it from elsewhere then I need to tell them ASAP. So it actually hasn't even been shipped out yet! Madness!! Its 4 days late now! Not due to arrive until Wednesday.. 6 days late.
So yes, Use Alchemistworkshop, they deliver next day and respond ASAP (even on weekends)
Ive seen most 1 star reviews get a response from metageeks and im sure they will give a lengthy reason as to why this is all justified but believe what ive said. I hope this review helps everyone else thinking about pre ordering. Go elsewhere.

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for your experience. We pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and professionalism. We’re run by geeks, for geeks so we fully understand how frustrating it can be when errors or delays occur. We do however, do everything we can in our power to rectify any issues that do arise.
We always take any feedback we receive seriously and continue to improve our systems and service. This includes automated emails regarding pre-orders - an issue which you have raised.
Unfortunately, regarding your order (and this situation occurred at other companies, not just us) delays from distributors in Europe had a snowball effect resulting in some of the items not reaching us until the Monday after the release date. We share your disappointment at the delay and it is something that shouldn’t happen. We also expressed our frustration to the distributors.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and we’re disappointed that this has affected your trust in us.
However, if you take a look at the vast majority of our reviews we have many satisfied and happy customers. We hope that their opinions can help change your mind.

All our products come straight from the official Pokémon distributors to us and then to our customers. On that note, all our products are official from the official supplier. We have some very prestigious partnerships and a strong reputation throughout the community. We wouldn't waste our time and reputation resealing products. Furthermore, we also don't sell individual cards, so there would be no reason for us to do this in the first place! Simply put, we love what we do too much to even consider compromising this - it's simply not an option.
Regarding price, I can see you bought Evolving Skies. Our price at the time was best amongst UK retailers - unfortunately, it's just a pricy set! Where possible, we try keep our price as low as we can, so that players and collectors can afford the cards they need.

First time buying from them
First time buying from them, and your always worried when youve never bought from someone before and i have to say apart from not knowing that if i paid for next day delivery on the friday it wouldn’t get dispatched till the monday for delivery tuesday, but thats my fault for not checking, I finally got my item on Wednesday as dpd didnt leave my parcel at my door they then delivered it to a pick up shop in which you normally need valid photo id to collect, in which i didnt have and the guys at MetaGeeks were kind enough to send me a email to say they’re were happy for me to collect, with the id i did have available, the product its self was faultless and im definitely a happy customer and have already passed on good feedback to friends, you have 100% gained a new customer

Amazing place to buy official figures
Amazing place to buy official figures from! So glad I came across it - as someone from England, I'd been looking on Ebay for Demon Slayer figures as nowhere else seemed to have them but tax etc. can be so high plus items are often double or triple the price. MetaGeeks has such a huge range of official figures but also has them at a decent price - will definitely be buying from here again. The Giyu figure came safe & sound - box is pristine! :)

This website was amazing. When I got my figure it broke and that was not their fault, but I told them and they sent a new straight away. The prices I thought were too good to be true but their not. Would recommend and I’m definitely buying from them again.
