One of the best experience I have ever received from a company. A few weeks ago, I broke my leg and eventually ended up in hospital for operation. After few night at hospital I have been discharged. Later on I made a claim and last week later I have recited an email that they will pay me for my pain, few days later they transfer me some money to my bank account. I am really happy with them and I would recommend to get yourself covered.

I have very good experience with this company. A few months ago, I got sick and eventually ended up in hospital. After being discharged from hospital I made a claim and about two weeks later got the decision, few days later had the money in my account.

I have choose MetLife insurance due to the professionality of the advisor Anastasia Televca-Kalon Financial LTD, but also due to the affordability of packages offered by the MetLife insurance.

I received my money for my stay in the hospital and used GP service often - and it's brilliant.

Must be the worst company out for self employed people have been trying to get a claim form off the company for 3 months now they take your money out but don’t like paying out keep away better company out there

Absolutely fantastic company,took out some accident and injury protection when I was working as a insurance specialist within a brokerage.
Unfortunately had a car accident with 7 complex fractures in my right arm with a long recovery and rehab to follow,I didnt qualify for any goverment help and would be left to live off SSP only!Every single member of staff at Metlife were more than friendly and happy to help,they have made the process so simple and were understanding when it came to things such as help filling out my claims form as I am right handed!Special shout out to Claire Ongley who have kept me updated and even cared how I am coping and became a genuine support and friendly voice.
Cannot recommend this company and product enough,I was passionate about this product before I needed it however having now experienced the benefits and process of claiming I cannot recommend it more.
