Sono stata quasi un anno fa.. Mi sono trovata bene.. Molto disponibili e professionali.. Unica pecca l ospedale dove sono stata operata.. Infermiere poco presenti ed empatiche..

Buonasera, ho fatto il trapianto a dicembre 2024, ho avuto ancor prima un consulente, una ragazza gentilissima che mi ha seguito nella prima fase fino all’arrivo a Istanbul e anche durante e dopo l’intervento. L’equipe che ha eseguito l’operazione è stata impeccabile, seria e professionale. I risultati dopo sei mesi sono molto soddisfacenti e spero migliorino nel corso degli ulteriori 6 mesi. Che dire? Consiglio a tutti Metropolmed, senza dubbio, è un’equipe che ti dà fiducia e mantiene le promesse. Continuo a sentirmi con l’equipe per chat evidenziando i risultati e per qualsiasi quesito io abbia. Grande equipe medica. La quinta stella la darò al 12* mese per cabala 😉

Det har gått fyra månader nu från hårtransplantationen jag gjorde hos MetropolMed. Max grafts, sapphire FUE teknik. Jag har inte ångrat mig en enda gång. Som tiden går är det bättre och bättre. De vet om varenda steg innan det sker. Man är inte överlämnad efter avslutad transplantation. Välorganiserade, erfarna, noggranna och gästvänliga. Joseph ordnar allt. Hög kompetens. Seriös klinik. Rekommenderas varmt.

Mijn ervaring met MetropolMed Health Group was van begin tot eind uitstekend. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde ik me serieus genomen. Ik kreeg een duidelijke uitleg en kon foto's van mijn haar opsturen, zodat zij een inschatting konden maken. Wat me vooral opviel, was hoe prettig het contact verliep. In tegenstelling tot andere klinieken waarmee ik had gesproken, was MetropolMed absoluut niet opdringerig. Ze namen de tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en gaven me het vertrouwen dat ik de juiste keuze maakte.

De behandeling zelf was perfect geregeld. Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen en professioneel begeleid. Het medische team werkte zorgvuldig en de hele procedure verliep comfortabel en pijnloos. Ik voelde me in goede handen.

Wat MetropolMed echt onderscheidt, is hun nazorg. Ik kreeg heldere instructies voor het herstelproces en hun follow-up via WhatsApp is geweldig. Zelfs maanden na de ingreep reageren ze snel en tonen ze nog steeds oprechte interesse in mijn voortgang.

Such a welcoming comforting clean facility. The staff was incredible. I couldn’t stop drinking Turkish tea while waiting for my gf to be done with her health scans. I received the teeth whitening and WOW. I didn’t know my teeth could get any whiter. Definitely worth checking into

The people in this clinic is professional. And after 9 months of surgery, the result is quite satisfying. The after care is the best part of this clinic. Doctors are very responsible and will reply your messages in time. They will keep in touch with you and follow the hair growth process with you.

Je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction après ma deuxième greffe de cheveux. Lors de ma première intervention dans un autre clinique , le résultat n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Cependant, grâce au travail minutieux de mon chirurgien actuel, tout a été rattrapé de manière exceptionnelle.

L’équipe a pris grand soin de moi et a utilisé ma zone sous-barbue pour obtenir un résultat naturel et harmonieux. Leur professionnalisme et leur attention m’ont donné entière confiance, et je suis très satisfait du résultat final.

My experience with MetropolMED was very positive. I have been in contact with the team over the past few weeks, and last week, I completed my procedure in their clinic.

The team is highly professional, well-organized, and, importantly, communicative about every step of the process. The package they offer covers all aspects, from consultation and procedures to extra care items, transportation, and accommodations, making travel and the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Since I traveled from San Francisco to Istanbul, I found this convenience straightforward and reassuring.
I worked with Guilia for all communications before arrival. She provided detailed explanations of each step involved. Upon my arrival, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, and on the day of the procedure, I was picked up again. The entire procedure took nearly seven hours, during which I received 3,500 grafts. The first hour involved general paperwork, a quick check-up, laser treatment, and then hours of donor extractions, preparation, and final transplanting. A translator, Hilal, was available to assist throughout, but the team was also able to communicate as needed.

The day after my procedure, I had a follow-up at the clinic, where they performed a gentle wash and another quick check-up. The team was very professional; Dr. Karayazi was knowledgeable, communicative, and warm throughout, ensuring I understood all the details of aftercare while he is personally very involved in all steps of process during his hands-on harvesting/dissection. Moreover, the nurses in the clincs Sena, Aysenur, and Bora were highly involved and efficient, completing tasks with both patience and speed.

I was especially impressed by the team’s level of coordination and their proactive use of time. Even after an incident where I accidentally bumped my head in the van, resulting in the loss of three grafts, the team quickly assembled to provide support and put things back in order.

Currently, I am in the critical first stages of recovery, and I look forward to seeing my results in the coming weeks and months. From my research and comparisons with other clinics, I believe they did a fantastic job, and I’m excited for the outcome.
