I am very grateful for the amazing work of Dr. Kamal, who also assisted personally during the surgery! He paved the way for that wonderful outcome. With only 2,500 grafts, he created a homogeneous allocation on my entire head. This means my head is fully covered with new grafts, respectively, hairs. Also, the after care of Metropolmed is outstanding. Thank you, Mrs Ayse, for all your professional support. The price performance ratio is fully aligned, and the side effects of the surgery are pretty minor. I can absolutely recommend this company from heart!

They started my hair transplant about a 1" up from my hair line an they saying its because of my donor area.no you started way above my hair line.not happy with the customer service as they don't pick up phone.or take hours to reply.advice for any one going good luck.as they quick to cancel you.an say if don't want proceed with check up we happy to do so TERRIBLE

Great results after just 6 months!

A distanza di 2 anni posso dire che i capelli trapiantati non sono molti. Intervento durato 3 ore.. un capello trapiantato è stato trapiantato storto ed è cresciuto all'interno.Devo fare un piccolo intervento per rimuoverlo. Dalle richieste fatte avevo inviato anche quelle di coperura chierica. Solo una volta arrivato ad istanbul mi è stato detto che non si poteva fare.. quando prima mi era stato detto che avrebbero usato i capelli di altre parti del corpo (sotto il mento). Avendo già fatto un trapianto precedente, sinceramente la differenza nel mio caso è abissale. Molto meglio il primo anche in termini di densità e chiarezza nei vari passaggi.

I figured I'd wait to write a review until I had something to show for it... you know, like actual hair :D I decided to hold off putting review starts until I could confirm I didn’t just spend money on a really fancy head massage! 😄

I wanted to take a moment for Metropolmed because they truly deserve recognition!

I made a last-minute decision to switch from my initial clinic to Metropolmed, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice!

Personalized Care: From the start, I was in contact with Giulia, and she immediately made me feel confident in my decision. She was caring, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, and even after the procedure, she remained incredibly supportive!

Clinic Experience: The clinic itself was well-organized, clean, and modern. Everything went smoothly during my visit, which lasted about 8 hours, and even the lunch they provided was delicious (they gave also lunch to me friend). The only uncomfortable part was the local anesthesia (what is normal :D ), but overall, it was a very positive experience. The team of doctors was excellent, each one a specialist in their part of the procedure!

Results: Just 4 months in, and I’m already seeing great results (honestly I am suprised). My barber couldn’t even tell I had a transplant because it looks so natural! My grandmother, when she saw me after few months, said, “I can’t believe how you look!”:D

Overall Impression: Thanks to Giulia and the ENTIRE medical team, I felt completely cared for. The doctors were polite and professional, and even post-surgery, the clinic stayed in touch!!! (honestly I was expecting no touch after I left Turkey :D ) I was very impressed!!! Whenever I had any concerns, they were quick to respond.

Advice for Future Patients: Don’t worry if your hair starts to fall out—it's normal! And try not to check the mirror every day like I did :D It's a long-term process, and the first visible results will take a few months to appear. And I hope it will stays :D And PS: Do not believe in super marketing instagram hair-transplant clinics - as I did. But thanks to my friend I switched clinic to MetropolMed.
PS2: Everyone is asking from WHERE they gave me hairs :D because my back head is fully recovered without empty spaces or scars!!!

Je m'appelle Pascal, je suis venu chez Metropolmed suite aux nombreux avis positifs et les différentes vidéos de témoignages que j'ai pu voir sur internet après de nombreux mois de réflexions.
Aucun regret ! J'ai été pris en charge depuis le début par Jaydaa, mon assistante qui a été au petits soins avec moi et qui a su répondre aux moindres questions que j'ai pu lui poser, elle a su être patiente et à l'écoute pour me rassurer, je la remercie infiniment, c'est une personne extraordinaire.
On m'a opéré le 27 mars 2024, après 6h d'opération, toute l'équipe à été au top, tous avec une coordination parfaite ou chacun savait ce qu'il avait à faire. Une chirurgienne super sympa et souriante qui a fait preuve d'un travail remarquable et méticuleux ainsi que tout le staff pour le travail de préparation.
Ils ont tous été aux petits soin avec moi.
Je recommande à 300% vous ne serez pas déçu !

Die wichtigsten Punkte bei solchen Operationen sind der Empfang und die Kommunikation. Meine Dolmetscherin Frau Ayse hat mich gut betreut, war und ist immer noch offen, aufmerksam und bereit mir alles zu erklären. Auf meine Fragen hat sie immer geantwortet. Ich habe in der Klinik nette Leute getroffen, die mich während meiner Unterkunft in Istanbul mit Freude betreut haben. Bin sehr dankbar für diese Gastfreundschaft und freue mich sehr auf das endgültige Ergebnis meiner OP, die bis jetzt (7 Monate) im grünen Bereich liegt.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de l’expérience vécue et du service reçu. Je suis ravi de l'accompagnement, de la gentillesse, de l'empathie et du professionnalisme de l'ensemble des professionnels.
Je ne sais pas encore si je reviendrai l’année prochaine pour compléter ce qui n’a pas pu être fait cette fois mais en tout cas, je recommande la clinique sans aucune retenue.

Hatte vor einigen Tagen meine HT bei Metropol. Also das geht an alle die bedenken haben. Ich hatte auch ziemlich Angst davor die falsche Entscheidung bezüglich der Auswahl einer guten Klinik. Am Ende hat mich mein Weg zu Metropol geführt und es war ne gute Erfahrung.Ich muss zwar noch abwarten wie es sich alles entwickelt jedoch ist alles weitere großteils auf mich und mein tun angewiesen. Das momentane Ergebnis ist sehr gut. Meine Kontaktperson war die Ayse und auf sie ist echt Verlass gewesen. Ich wurde rund um die Uhr betreut und sie war echt freundlich. Besser geht nicht würde ich sagen. Und mein behandelnder Arzt Dr. Cemal war so ein toller Arzt und Mensch zugleich. Ebenso das gesamte Team! Sehr fähige Leute.Ich freue mich auf die zweite Behandlung im nächsten Jahr!
