This credit union is unprofessional. Despite being closed on bank holiday Saturday, they decided that's not enough and through up a sign on the door that a 3 Yr old would wrote better, to say they closed again on Tuesday (sure why not , the sun is shining and there us slabs of beer to be drunk) how are they still open with thus level of professionalism?

I appreciate with so much dishonesty in the world precautions must be taken, but as a grandmother I wanted to leave accounts for my grandchildren, however because of so many rules I cannot simply do that and felt I was treated like a criminal when even lodging money to my grandsons account. Couldn't open one for another grandson without parental consent etc. which I find a ridiculous situation - taking away a simple pleasure for a grandparent.
