MFS really do specialise in large loans
MFS as a whole really proved their expertise in understanding broker/client vision.
They were able to move swiftly and complete a £30M bridge within 4 weeks.
Both Nabila and Adam worked tirelessly to keep their promise of approving and completing a fairly complex bridge loan transaction within said time period.
Nabila’s service level was a breath of fresh air… always responding to emails, answering calls, keeping calm under a lot of pressure….. whilst Adam worked his magic in the background to secure credit approval and funds to complete this deal.

On what was a rather complex case, the team managed to accommodate and complete using their fusion product, henceforth allowing our client to open up their new venture, of a children's nursery. This allows sufficient time on the product to build their accounts, ensuring a smooth exit onto a longer term product later down the line (hopefully with MFS again!).

This was a serious accomplishment
This was a serious accomplishment by the team. This commercial deal was done as quick as a bridge. Initially spoke with my BDM Michelle Lowe who was prompt to get me terms from Olivia Cheeseman. I was very impressed that I could get hold of someone at all times. I was on holiday during the underwrite process and I spoke with my telephone BDM James Ashe and he took the case on personally and promised to look after while I was away. He did just that. I can't thank you guys enough. Even today as the case completed they still maintained the service and Olivia was going back and forth with me to get the case over the line.
