$100 Fruit_Never Received
I purchased one "premium soursop" fruit on May 12th for $87.30 and shipping is Fedex Priority Overnight. It is now Monday May 18th and I still have not received the delivery. Customer Service has gone dark -- I emailed them and they have yet to get back to me. They funnel you to the "Shop" app for tracking, but the Shop app is absolutely awful...the statuses flip around with no real data. I emailed Miami Fruit to ask for the Fedex tracking number and that is what I am waiting for right now. God knows how this fruit is going to arrive to me given that it is has been allegedly travelling on it's way to me for almost 6 days...not knowing if the fruit is in a protective delivery vessel, not knowing if it is in a refrigerated space...etc. Definitely will never do this again. See people, this is why Amazon wins and small businesses do not. And after reading their refund policy, it seems sketchy as to whether I'll get my money back. This was a lot of money, potentially for nothing.
