I bought the Samantha bag as an everyday bag and I love it. The lining makes it easy to find things and it’s just the perfect size, big enough to hold everything for a day at work or a day out but without being too bulky.

Have bought a few different bags now from Mia Tui, especially the travel bags. They are all excellent quality, fit loads in and arrive within a few days of ordering. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely GREAT customer service, I ordered a bag which was larger than I expected. I emailed the company who answered my many, many questions, my return was dealt super quick, my return arrived with them before 10.30 and I had my replacement the next day.

My order arrived quickly I saved money as it was reduced. I am really pleased with my compression packing cubes and my strap and a bonus free gift.

Colour came off bag straps although the bag had not been used very often. The bag is advertised as an every day bag so I was surprised. I contacted them and as the bag was purchased 18 months ago it was out of guarantee, even though I explained I had not used it regularly. I was offered "as a gesture of goodwill " some touch up paint. It was worth 10p and in a tiny plastic bag! If that's the value of goodwill then they need to think again.

Never received my order due to a post code error - the company told me it was my fault and refused to do anything. I believe it was a system error created by Shopify as it also happened with a couple of products I had ordered from other companies. These companies were much more understanding and resent my orders immediately. Not so Mia Tui. Very poor customer service - the item I had ordered was a birthday present for my sister, who is a long standing customer of theirs. I have now paid for an item I never received and still have to get my sister a present! Very disappointed. I shan’t be ordering from this company again.

I have bought several bags from Mia Tui. They have such a wide variety of styles now and a good choice of colours, including the light fabric which I have bought recently. I can’t fault the quality of the bags and their usefulness with so many pockets for your phone, keys, pens et cetera.
The delivery is good and the bags of packaged up very well. Would definitely recommend this company.

My orders were sent promptly. Really good quality. The bags had lots of useful compartments. They were given as gifts and really appreciated.

Just returned from a 4 day city break and used every day. Felt really safe having purse, passport etc in back zipped pocket. Comfortable on back and shoulders. Deceptively large. Would highly recommend.

Like the design of rucksac but it is not RED as described. More fushia pink. Very disappointed.

I ordered a new bag, which arrived well packaged and quickly.
However, it wasn't quite what I was looking for, so returned.
Unfortunately I hadn't realised there would be a charge for returning. Had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered initially.
It was only £4.50 but I do think an Internet sales company should make this clearer.
