This is first time I have ordered from Michael's Jewellery. I found the website easy to navigate, was able to find the items I wanted, open an account and place my order on 9th and it arrived promptly on the 12th. I will be using Michael's Jewellery again the future.

This company is very good indeed. I had an issue with wrong postage, and had a very prompt reply with the problem being fixed immediately - good going Michaels! Items arrived, good quality and on time - what more could you ask for? Oh, and the variety of goods on offer is always worth a look.

Super communication!!!! The seller took the time to send me a lot of pictures of the different items he had so I could choose the color of stone I really like. And rhe prices are really nice!

I've been wanting to write this ever since I bought the beads - which I really needed, otherwise I would never have paid for registered shipping. That's just ridiculous for a little envelope with under 10£ materials, it makes the purchase ridiculously expensive, and - although this is not your responsibility - the postman does not even ring, but let an invitation in my mailbox to come and get it myself, which makes it even worse than just having it popped in the mail box. As a person with certain limitations, this makes registered mail a pita.

I have to say that the jewellery that I bought was beautiful & well made. However, what I didn't like was the fact that I ordered ONE lapis lazuli pendant but I was charged & sent TWO! So I've had to pay double for a beautiful pendant which is a price I didn't agree to. Good job my daughter happened to like it, so I gifted it to her. I would order from you again for the beauty & quality of your items, but I would be very apprehensive about how much I would end up having to pay.
