There has been no response and no quick action for return. I was very unhappy as a customer, no call back to your phone calls or email. I am not recommending. Shipment was fast, however, return is not easy. Thanks! Serkan

Product is good but delivery is terrible. My orders were stuck at the first facility at least a week. The worst was about 3 weeks pausing at the first facility (recent order).
So boring about the delivery!

I read all the science on this product and listened to a few highly regarded doctors. Works for post COVID gut issues. Well worth a try.

Every business is also a service…
Every business is also a service business. When you lie about shipping times, choose shippers that mishandle and lose your package, and treat the customer like you absolutely do not care about whether they actually receive your product after payment, how good your product may be is irrelevant.
They didn’t even offer a refund when I never received my order; I had to dispute the credit card charge.

Unfortunately, delays during transit are outside of our direct control once a parcel is handed over to the courier. Tracking shows your order was delivered to the address provided on Sept 17th
That said, we always do our best to assist customers when shipping issues occur, and we encourage anyone experiencing delivery problems to contact us directly so we can investigate and help find a resolution.
