I would modify your store's shipping options to include alternatives to standard US Mail for delivery, as many areas experience mailbox temperatures exceeding 120+ degrees during summer months.

Hi I am editing my review to update that the problem with the shipping of part of my order was a Canada Customs issue and not a Vendor issue. My order was shipped in two different shipments, one made it to me, one did not. Microbiome has been in contact with me several times and they have offered to refund me for the part of my order that I have not received. I have not had any problems with the part of the order that I have received! And if they address this other issue I am very satisfied.

Okay,I needed time to see what my body did. I had tons of gut issues. SIBO from toxins and covid GI long haulers. I have been healing with all kinds of things from my Functional Dr. I asked about a good L-rueteri since I can't tolerate the special yogurt she told me about yet. She directed me to this product. My gut was just messed up enough, I had to start with part tablets. Then half. Finally a whole tablet. I will say I noticed a difference. I'm having better BMs. Requiring way less high dosing of vitamin C and magnesium to go. Way less need for them, since this product. My mood is less anxious. My energy is almost back to my old self. I think this is helping to kill the SIBO and repair my hut lining. I think this added to my Dr's list of vitamins has been a life changer. I added this months after her stuff. I definitely know the difference was this product vs the things I aas already taking

I didn't want to leave a review until I tried the product and from day 1 of taking this L Reuteri supplements, I immediately began to feel better. I originally wanted to make a yogurt with it since I wasn't sure if it would work in capsule form and making the yogurt would save a lot of money but it's a lot of work so I'm happy to report I've gotten a lot of benefits from the capsules with 2 meals. Highly recommended for quality of product, speed of delivery and great customer support. Thank you!

It concerns me that I want to use this product regularly but some how there was none to be had for a month or 2??? I wonder about this company. I am hoping the supply chain is fixed.

I always feel forgotten, like my order never matters. I wait months for it and then once I reach out, it is suddenly dispatched. I feel this is really poor customer service. You bombard me with emails, but then when I purchase, the customer care stops. It would be good to know or receive an email from you about a shipping date instead of silence.

I placed an order for an item that was advertised as in stock. They charged my card. After a week it hadn't even shipped. I went back to check online and the product was now advertised as pre-order. I was told it should arrive and ship within 1-2 weeks. It did not. I cancelled the order. That they advertised as in-stock, charged my credit card before shipping, then almost 3-weeks later still couldn't even commit --- ridiculous experience. I will not purchase from them again, ever.

This is the second time that I was billed for a subscription item and did not receive. I was billed late July, made numerous attempts to contact company. Never received confirmation that my form was received. I then called and had to leave a message. After I ordered a similar product from another company, my order arrived two months late with no explanation. I'm done!
