Amazing Customer Support

I needed assistance with my new auto loan. Megan was my customer service representative. After trying to link my bank to ACH setup we were having difficulty assigning the proper linkage. Megan was extremely helpful and so patient with me. After some time we were able to get the correct link. Megan is awesome. People of her caliber makes people believe in MidFlorida. Thank You!!!

Mid Florida Credit Union very ugly attitude.


I was currently in the Vero Beach Florida Location, and I was being helped by Krystal who claimed she has worked there for 7 years.

I have 4 accounts with midflorida and have had them open for around three or more years. I have never had a missed payment, an overdrawn account, or any issues considering any of the accounts I keep there. I was just treated as if my business means absolutely nothing to your bank.
I am going to be traveling into Ensenada Mexico doing missionary work, and since I hold a loan with Mid Florida on my Auto, I was trying to simply and politely get information about the process and receive a basic letter or a copy of the policy, as required by customs, to be able to take that vehicle across the border.

Krystal refused to help. She was ugly about it and seemed to find joy in the fact that she was able to refuse me any help what so ever. She offered no advice or options on the matter and simply stuck her bottom lip out at me and shook her head back and forth as if I was crazy to even be asking. She said that she has worked there for seven years and never even heard of any such thing, as she was letting me know she was completely annoyed by my inconveniencing her.
She told me that they refused to help me and said that she could not even give me any kind of information regarding what the actual policy is.

I asked if she could provide a letter saying simply that Mid Florida had no such policy and she looked at me with a smirk, and once again stuck her bottom lip out at me while shaking her head back and forth with no vocal response. I said that I can't be the first person to have to figure this out as it is required by customs and she just sat there in silence shaking her head back and forth, shrugged her shoulders multiple times at me with a look of complete disdain at me.

I asked her one last time if I could at least get a letter or a copy of the policies concerning Mid Floridas stance on this issue and she simply replied,Nope.

I asked again one last time, so you are just refusing to help me, even with any information concerning the policy, and she just sat there staring at me with the same bothered look on her face, while shrugging her shoulders at me.

I am appalled. I have never been treated in this manner at this institution and I am beyond disappointed with her and the managers unwillingness to provide or help me with any kind of a solution.

This is not ok and I am extremely disappointed in the nasty attitude of someone towards myself that is supposed to be serving the people who use their services.

I am transfering all of my accounts out of Mid Florida and will find a company who acts as though they care about continuing relationships with their customers.

Please put resources into app/web dev

Helpful people, but the app/website is stuck in 2005. Tellers, call reps, mortgage officers have all been awesome to work with over my time with MFCU, but their website/app is horrendous. And the inability to reset your own password or login without calling into customer service once your account has been locked is a terrible CX.

Trustworthy customer service oriented, and they want to make you happy

I have been banking with them for over five years and I’ve never had an issue and every branch that I’ve been to the folks are very very friendly and just wanna help you solve whatever issue you were having. They were extremely helpful when my debit card was hacked. They took care of it in 10 minutes and refunded the two fraudulent charges.
