Bad customer service / shipping policy
I placed my order #146287 - a SLK Evo Hybrid 2.0 Purple / MAX paddle on 3/23, when I placed the order it said the delivery was expected by 3/29 - it’s now the day of expected delivery and I am yet to receive any update with my order or a tracking number for the shipping. Not sure if it’s a scam or not, I’ve emailed customer support and am yet to get a reply. I’ve also talked to the online chat bot and it just tells me “ been received and is currently unfulfilled, which means it has not yet shipped.” - I have also called the help phone number and haven’t got a response. I would like an update on my order and a shipping number, especially as I was originally given an expected arrivals date and “Orders at Midway Sports are typically processed within 1–2 business days.” I would be grateful if someone could answer my help requests and give me some more information.

They don’t give you any instructions for returns I had to email them and ask them ! I have been contacted twice by a Marcella G! Which she provided no details on how to return she keeps telling me that I can only get a store credit or an exchange! Told her I wanted a full refund and I would go to the credit card company! Unrealistic Return/Exchange Policy
Loved the Nike golf shirt in ordered; however, as is often the case with Nike, the fit was off-not Midway’s fault. Did not seek refund but rather exchange for larger size. Customer service declined because it was longer than 14 days. What reputable company has a less than 30 day return policy. After reading reviews, looks like I am not the only one.

Both times you contacted our Customer Service team, we carefully reviewed your order in our system. Our records show that the refund of $118.26 was successfully processed back to your original method of payment on 1/12/2026.
During your most recent call, we also provided additional transaction details to assist you further, including confirmation information that can help your card issuer locate the funds on their end.
Once a refund is processed on our side, the funds are released immediately; however, posting times can sometimes vary depending on the financial institution. Misplaced parts, bad customer service.
Ordered a wheel kit which was an addition to the barbell stand rack. It’s shown on my emailed receipt that it was ordered. I understand if it was misplaced in packaging. I’d at least like my money back if you aren’t going to ship it out. After 3 attempts at emailing someone and no answer, I’m a little upset.
