I have been waiting two weeks now for my refund. They refused to cancel my order when I requested one, after realizing that it would take two weeks to dispatch the item. They ignored multiple (10+) emails from me. It’s been two weeks since I returned the item without ANY confirmation or communication from Mifo Australia. They have ignored three follow up emails about my refund. They have refused to call me on the phone to speak to someone.

Absolutely rubbish company. Despite contacting them multiple times about my refund I have still not had one in over 2 months. Stay away! They literally rob you! We should get them shut down!

Unfortunately for me didnt find out until after I had ordered to stay away from Mifo...
i ordered a pair of ear buds, while the sound quality was great that was all they had going for them, constant issues with one working and the other not, had to reset numerous times. also there was so much amplified background noise, cars, people talking, walking running, all surrounding noise, so to fix ... reset... again and again... now I have returned them in order to get a refund, but after nearly 2 months, I still have nothing, no refund no earbuds.. would not touch this company ... stay away... also on ithe nternet, I found Consumer Affairs Victoria have a say on Mifo... interesting read...

Should have read reviews before purchasing but they were supposed to be the No1 earbuds in the best you can buy. Purchased the 05 plus gen 3 smart true wireless buds and first day of use in gym when running on treadmill there is a rattle from the left one like there is something loose inside. Sent two emails asking for a replacement or refund heard nothing from Mifo, don't buy from this company. No phone number to get in touch and only way to contact them is replying to original email from them re confirming they received my order. Joke of a company.

Please read the reviews and do not give this terrible company money. Ordered product 10days ago, not delivered, and ignoring all my emails and live chat requests. Going to have to go to the bank now to get my money back. This company will only waste your time!!
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, I ordered some headphones on the Monday afternoon for a sporting event that was on the following Sunday, the item did not arrive until the following Monday afternoon!!
When I said I wanted to send the headphones back I got an email response taking me through the return procedure...I did everything to the letter and also paid £6 for recorded delivery back to the Camberley depot. I also included pictures of every step so they knew I'd adhered to the process.
I got confirmation that it had been delivered and signed for by Sam in Camberley on the following Friday.
Fast forward to today (monday) and I have been delivered the same headphones in different packaging!?!
I've sent an email stating how furious I am and am awaiting a response although I'm not going to hold my breath...awful company do not use!
Awful product
Awful product. Paid £100 for the Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.4 Earbuds. These buds are terrible, they won't stay in my ears no matter which inserts/rubber things you use. Holding them in place, the sound quality is dreadful. I should of read the returns policy before buying as they take 20% off you if you've removed the cellophane wrapper! How do you try them without removing it? Emailed them without any response. Looks like I've lost my money. Bought a much cheaper pair of Anker ones on Amazon and they're brilliant!

If I could give them no stars I would. I waited two weeks for my headphones to arrive before I emailed twice to ask where they were. I was ignored so ended up going to my bank to request a charge back. As soon as that went through I started getting responses to my emails. I told them at that point I didn’t want the headphones anymore and to cancel the order. They completely gaslit me in a really weird way and just kept replying ‘your order is on its way’. When Evri tried to deliver it I asked them to return the package. The driver marked it delivered and then left with it. Worst experience of a company ever.
Don't make the same mistake I made!
This was my second purchase form Mifo. Years ago I bought the gen 07 mifo earbuds, that were amazing. But I lost one of the buds and wasn;t able to buy a second pair eversince. So I bought the gen 05 earbuds. They rarely pair with anyt device - I tried everything. And there is nobody that i could contact about a faulty item. No cutomer service, no email address, nothing.

Disappointing & frustrating
These earbuds are so disappointing. I wanted to believe their story and so got these for Christmas but unfortunately they seem to just be a scam.
The blue tooth is poor. It randomly disconnects both or either one of the buds will fail to connect. This is extremely irritating when you leave the house for a run and they drop out after a minute-- this happened to me twice in a row on the weekend and so I gave up.
The left bud never has the same sound as the right anymore --- it is far softer or and often just drops out completely. Many people seem to be complaining of similar issues. It makes no difference how you take them out of the case and they are fully charged.
When the buds were actually working, the sound for a podcast is good but is very basic in comparison to any brand name when listening to house music.
Don't waste your money. Just buy from well known brands.

I decided to give the Mifo 05 Plus a go after reading the reviews. First of all, the ear bud tips are flimsy and definitely not good quality which means they keep slipping out - had to borrow a pair from my old earbuds. They are supposed to be latest grade bluetooth connectivity, yet the connection is the most unstable and drops out even when on a call. Tricky to get it reconnected when they disconnect from the phone - and then when you dont need them to connect to the phone and you put them back in the case, they are still connecting. The absence of an app makes it unbearable to control the sound not to mention the quality of it. Lastly, there is no customer care related to this company. It is extremely tricky getting to contact them and there is no aftercare to fall back on.
Refusing to refund lost item
I ordered this product on the suppliers website. They dispatched it via Evri. Evri then lost it, they suspect it was stolen. It took me 7 days to get a response from either Mifo or Evri. Once Evri confirmed the loss, Mifo said they would investigate and have refused to refund me. I have sent them dozens of emails and had no response. I have raised it as fraud with my bank as this company is a scam and has no intention of delivering a product or providing a refund. Their complete lack of customer service is appalling and I would discourage anyone from buying their products. 100% a scam company.

Stole my money and never sent me my product. Their customer service is absolute garbage. They never resolve an issue. They just try to buy time. I should have learned my lesson the first time, when it took 3 months to deliver what I expected in 3 weeks and they said 7-10 days. But I liked my earbuds so much (originally) that I decided to order a pair for my husband. That was October. It will be March tomorrow. They claim they fulfilled the order, but even the postal service says it's still waiting for them to give them a package to be delivered. Lies!!! Now, my original pair is malfunctioning. The charging dock quit working. They also were making a static noise in my ear. The customer service person told me to drop them in a cup of alcohol. But based on their history, I told him, I wasn't sure they'd replace them if they quit working if I did that. So I have 1 pair that's not working and 1 no-show pair that's paid for. 0 Stars
