Refusing to refund lost item

I ordered this product on the suppliers website. They dispatched it via Evri. Evri then lost it, they suspect it was stolen. It took me 7 days to get a response from either Mifo or Evri. Once Evri confirmed the loss, Mifo said they would investigate and have refused to refund me. I have sent them dozens of emails and had no response. I have raised it as fraud with my bank as this company is a scam and has no intention of delivering a product or providing a refund. Their complete lack of customer service is appalling and I would discourage anyone from buying their products. 100% a scam company.

Stole my money and never sent me my product. Their customer service is absolute garbage. They never resolve an issue. They just try to buy time. I should have learned my lesson the first time, when it took 3 months to deliver what I expected in 3 weeks and they said 7-10 days. But I liked my earbuds so much (originally) that I decided to order a pair for my husband. That was October. It will be March tomorrow. They claim they fulfilled the order, but even the postal service says it's still waiting for them to give them a package to be delivered. Lies!!! Now, my original pair is malfunctioning. The charging dock quit working. They also were making a static noise in my ear. The customer service person told me to drop them in a cup of alcohol. But based on their history, I told him, I wasn't sure they'd replace them if they quit working if I did that. So I have 1 pair that's not working and 1 no-show pair that's paid for. 0 Stars

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a second pair of mifo earbuds because I wore the lat pair out. This time I had problems right out of the box. After several support emails and after following all instructions to get them working they still were faulty. Company won’t respond to my request for a replacement or refund. So disappointed.

Non existent customer avoid

Non existent customer service have tried to return earbuds but have been ghosted by this company have had to lodge a complaint with trading standards regarding this company after reading all the reviews I’m not holding out much hope for getting my money back

I bought my second pair of MiFo earbuds…

I bought my second pair of MiFo earbuds in December 2024, as the previous pair which had been excellent - stopped charging. The new pair arrived and for the first month were ok - occasionally the right bud would just stop transmitting - but now the right bud has completely stopped working. It's a pain but these things happen. The reason for 1* is the awful - non-existent - customer service. Like many others here I despair at how awful ongoing support is. Avoid!

Piss poor communications, give this company a miss!

I bought Mifo 05 gen3 earbuds from this company at the end of December, they didn't work with two phones, as described. Lots of copy/paste emails from them since, I returned them on 20th Jan and still haven't received a refund, and now have no earphones!

My friend is gifted to me amazing Mifo Uk watch and after 3 months i post the review I am very satisfied with them this is best for the health monitoring. This is a best for the heart rate. Its really for the blood levels. The is prefect for the stress level decision.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! Bought earbuds for my son for Christmas, they didn't work properly from day 1. Kept cutting out, especially in the gym where the WiFi was interrupted by other gym users on their phones. Messaged customer service, and a week later still haven't heard anything. Am probably gonna have to just say goodbye to a hundred quid.

Like others i wish i had read the reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM MIFO

I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY

Earbuds are crap imo, bad sound, badly fitting in the ears. I waited ages for them to arrive and had to chase twice, now i want to return them and they keep stalling and stalling again and now all communication has stopped. I have no idea where to send them back or how the refund process works. Tbh im loathed to send them back now because then they will have the product AND my money.

Like another person has stated, it looks like i might have to contact my credit card provider however that will be complex because i still have the product in my possession.

Rubbish, avoid

The short shape of the ear buds means they don’t fit well no matter what size rubber ear piece is fitted. So you constantly have to adjust them, you couldn’t do vigorous exercise with them and the sound quality especially bass is therefore not great. The touch sensitive way of adjusting sound and skipping or pausing sounds great but in reality it’s poorly designed and just really annoying. One earbud keeps randomly disconnecting. Their customer service has been non-existent, overall a massive con, avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Whilst the products may be half decent, the customer service is poor, shocking, sh1te and non-existent. Website says use the chat box to speak to them yet there's no chat box - deactivated is my guess. And if you try emailing them, they don't respond. I've been waiting nearly two weeks now for my refund. And that's two weeks after the 7-14 working day refund period!

Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.4 Earbuds [2025 Edition]

The product.

The sound quality is ok - it’s probably better than low end ear buds but if you’re going from high end Sony / Beats etc you’ll notice a complete difference in mid range sound - they sound muffled in comparison.

Why the low rating? Their service is atrocious and watch out for their “discretionary restocking fee” if you want to return them within 14 days.

If you even open the box they want to charge 10% to refund it.

Find other headphones.
