My friend recommended it to the charging case. I am very satisfied with them. All my problems are resolved due to the aluminum charging case. it's a big problem to charge it but mifo uk resolved it to provide me with the best quality product.

I am a sports teacher. Every single day I feel so tired one day my husband ordered an Ekko sports massager for me. Now after my job I use it and I feel so relaxed. Even that it's very compact in size, I carry it with me all the time. Now my muscles are relax. I feel more fresh.

I recommend it to all Bluetooth earbuds. They are very comfortable. I easily put it on my ear without any worry. They did not harm for my ears. I am very happy with them because after buying it I take my peaceful sleep.

Aoid this company in the UK at all…

Aoid this company in the UK at all costs. Before you look to buy, try finding any way of contacting them if things go wrong, such as your item never even reaching Royal Mail, let alone getting delieverd to you. On their web site it says to use the 'chat' by using the 'bubble' at the bottom of the page. There is no chat bubble, and I checked on Andriod, iPhone and Windows PC. There is no phone number and their support e-mail goes unanswered. I paid £89 for some ear buds which they didnt dispatch for 7 days. They claimed they dispatched the item on day 7 and gave me a royal mail tracking number but here I am, 5 days later with Royal Mail showing that they are still waiting for the item to reach them. I have no way of contacting MIFO, no way of gettng my money back from them, and no item. All I can do now is enter a lengthy process of getting my money back from my bank. Some will say MIFO are great but all that means is that they ordered something and it arrived. This is the bare minimum you should expect from a company selling things on line and no grounds to say they are great. The mark of how good they are is judged by what happens when they fail to deliver goods that have been paid for and as there is no phone number and no chat and no other way of getting hold of them, I'm afraid they are simply awful. If you buy from them, cross your fingers and hope your item arrives becuase if it doesnt, you will need to either chalk it down to experience, or go into bat with your bank to get your money back.

Their customer service department were…

Their customer service department were polite and helpful, but took way too much time and nagging emails to get a solution.
I ordered some earbuds that arrived on 5th Dec and on the same day, I requested a return address which after some too-ing and fro-ing, took 2 weeks to be given to me. I returned the earbuds and then another 2 weeks later, after no emails from them, I asked for a replacement of different earbuds instead of a refund, as it felt like they were stalling and wasting time. Eventually, after 61/2 weeks, I got the replacement buds and another pair of the same ones I had originally sent back as an apology!

Terrible company

Terrible company, purchased ear buds was replaced because faulty went faulty again same issue as previous wouldn't replace or listen. Stay away.

Worst headphones ever

Worst headphones ever. Losing connection constantly and turn off on their own. Getting in touch with mifo is impossible. The “chat bubble” on their website site is non existent. Avoid at all costs

Mifo 05 gen3 didn’t fit - poor email support

Got the Mifo 05 gen3 but realised they’re website haven’t included any poor reviews, of which there are many. Now I want to return them as the earbuds are too soft and so they fall out my ear when working out.

Unfortunately their support has so far been unresponsive and they say you have to pay a restocking fee which I think is ridiculous. There’s no real way to tell these earbuds wouldn’t fit without actually trying them.
