Dane goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of what you have, it's a great comfort knowing you have someone handling things for you, that can also explain any and everything that may be unknown or unusual to you about the process. You need to know someone has your best interests at heart, and Dane ticks all the boxes, always punctual and polite, and willing to go the extra mile, it was a huge help that he was willing to stay a bit later when we couldn't get into town during the day, and things like that are why Dane stands out from the crowd, and really helps to put your mind at ease that you're in safe hands.
