These people are thieves!
Not the lovely lady with a baby on their web page but some dodgy bloke in China!!!!
They take your money and don’t sent the goods that are ‘out of stock’ then refuse a refund!!!
They have even duped Paypal, during a dispute by sending false tracking info!
I am left with no item & no money!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Not a family run, home made jewellery business.. bracelet came with ‘made in china’ label!!!

One item was left out of my delivery and they refuse to refund me. Been requesting a refund for weeks and they refuse! Avoid!

This is a scam company. When I emailed to ask where my parcel was they Told me Yodel had delivered my parcel through my letterbox which was a complete lie. It did eventually turn up two weeks later. The jewellery was rubbish and there was one item missing. Have emailed them regarding this but have heard nothing back. Lesson learned - check reviews before buying in future.

This is a scam company operating from China but misleading buyers saying they are UK based.
They are the same scammers who masquerade as Elsie&Bloom and Amelia &Arthur and probably many more. Check their products they are identical on each website. Their products are cheap metal and they do not refund your money as guaranteed by their advertising. Please don’t buy from them . They are Scammers. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor quality, poor communication, delayed delivery. Asked for a refund and was offered 30%, or pay more than the order to send back to China. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Refunds are not forthcoming and I was only offered 30% eventually. I’ve told him this was not good enough and I wanted at least a full refund of 70%.

They want you to return the items and tell you it will cost you too much as they are based in China as pointed out to them as they misdescribed the items and they have no use it is up to them to arrange their return, not me.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THOSE PEOPLE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK.

This looks suspiciously like the Mila and Rose company, who's website has been down for weeks and who won't provide me with my exchange products. Same looking website, selling exactly the same products. I've tried emailing them twice on this new website and both emails have come back undeliverable as not existing! Beware

If I could leave less than one star i would. Firstly their jewellery is NOT as pictured and advertised. It is cheap, tinny looking sh!t I ordered two rings bith size 8 and one wouldn't even go past my knuckle. What was pictured was completely different to what I received. When I tried to return for a refund they told me it had to be returned tracked/recorded delivery to United Arab Emirates which would have cost more than they rings themselves and they wouldn't refund unless this was the way it was returned. They then told me they would refund me a maximum of 30% of the price I paid and I could keep the rings. Why would I want them? One doesn't even fir and one looks like somethimg from a pound shop. Absolutely disgusting way to trade. Scammers and thieves and absolutely no sense of integrity at all. Will never ever buy from them again and will advise anyone I know not to as well. I will make sure everyone is aware how they scan people. Makes me sick.

This company has exactly the same photos and jewellery as an other “uk company which is tragically closing down” apart from the other one is an older lady who has to retire…. I suspect a sham as per last review

The rings were shipped from China rather from a small UK company having a closure sale.
The products were fake poor quality imitations of the images on the website: ‘every jewel is made with passion and comes with a guarantee’ - definitely not; all the information is knowingly misleading.
Contacted to enquire about return/refund and they will refund if I send the items back to United Arab Emirates - not the easy refund as promised on the website!
Factual comments/photos added to their adverts on Facebook get deleted, along with other negative comments all detailing the same experiences, I only wish I’d seen them before I ordered...
