This is a scam! The jewellery is of very poor quality & mass produced in China.

Please steer clear of this utter tat. In good faith and completely duped by a “we are sadly closing down” story, I spent £150 on 4 pieces of jewellery (reduced “in sale” from £390). What I’ve received is cheap, clearly mass produced and flimsy. I am so disappointed particularly as two of the items were gifts.

What an absolute rip off!
I should have known it was too good to be true!
There is no ‘mother and daughter’ creating jewels!
It is all a complete lie.
Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive from China
And when it did finally get here it et t in the bin.
Plastic..it’s all plastic and glass. Weighs absolutely nothing! Would be great for a cracker. I’ve brought better items from Accessorise.

I stupidly bought jewellry from this website before checking its authenticity. Lesson learnt. Please don't make same mistake.

Absolute horse sh!t, avoid at all costs. In line with other reviews, which I wish I'd read first, this is just cheap Chinese junk that I wouldn't dare give my mum for her birthday!

Misleading advertising (lies actually), slow shipping from China, poor quality jewellery. Would never have placed an order with this company and feel like I’ve been scammed, Customer services unhelpful - obviously they don’t care as long as theyve got their money. Lesson learned.

This is a scam avoid at all costs.

The jewellery that comes is not as per pics but is cheap and tacky.

They will not refund you :(

Update I have been able to secure a refund from my credit card company

Do not buy from this company ordered 3 weeks ago no goods recieved and poor communication from company,need to contact my bank regarding a refund.

I’m only giving one star because there’s no option to give zero stars. Smelt a rat when the tracking didn’t work for days and then suddenly referenced China. Finally arrived after 3 weeks and it was immediately apparent that it was complete tat. A reverse search on the images shows that everything is from Shein and Temu. The bracelet I purchased for £24.99 was 89p on Shein. Customer service messages are inconsistent and apparently from Mila herself! They are also trading as Mila and Mika too. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

A total scam of a company. DO NOT buy from them. Items came in the same packaging as from Shein, no surprise as all items shipped from China. Will not refund the awful products. Hoping that credit card company will give me a refund based on false misleading selling, advertising and dreadful products

Sadly I also fell for the sob story believing it was a mother & daughter uk handmade jewellery store.
How wrong and silly was I? THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA.
No idea of the quality though as they never arrived. But apparently they’ve been shipped.
End of….. that’s all they keep saying.

Scam - this is a china cheap stuff disguised as a company making handmade jewellery - do not purchase

Terrible. I did not receive the necklace that I ordered . I ordered a pearl lariat necklace and what I received was 3 separate strands of grey cheap beads nothing like it. When I sent a picture of what I received they had the nerve to say it was the same as what I ordered and would not accept any responsibility for misrepresentation. Going to report to trading standards

Do not buy from this website! It is an absolute scam. Rubbish tin like metal with plastic gems. The website story is a lie. The items are posted from china and honestly going straight in the bin

Deeply disappointed by the blatantly misleading advertising. This business presents itself as a local, UK-based shop, but all the jewellery is actually made in and shipped from China. The product I received was of very poor quality, a ring that’s probably worth no more than £5 cost me £18, supposedly discounted from an inflated RRP of £80. Two necklesses also poor quality. It is not silver, despite the implication, and the "closing down sale" story seems entirely fabricated. Feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.

As I’ve now discovered this is not the company that they made themselves out to be. Ordered over two weeks ago and no sign of the jewellery. A total scam. Will now need to go through my bank in the hope that I can reclaim some of the money spent. Emailed the company as well and as expected no reply.

I wouldn't want this jewellery if it was free. Utter crap.

Unfortunately I fell for this Mila & Rose sob story - like so many other customers on here. I wish I hadn't - I feel a complete idiot. I have written to "Mila & Rose" saying that I want to return the order for a full refund. I know I will not have any luck! I have also reported this to Barclaycard - in the hope that I can recoup some of the ££ I spent, by proving that the company sending us this so called handmade jewellery is not who they say they are. Like 99% of the reviews on here, what I have received looks nothing like the website pictures, and is just cheap, shiny plastic rubbish. Very disappointing and depressing.

Absolute rubbish! I ordered a necklace with my initial on. When it came it was in individual plastic bags and had to be assembled. The charm doesn’t even fit on the necklace. I have been in email contact for weeks asking how this is done as there’s no way it even attaches to the chain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP OVERSEAS SCAM. I wish I’d done a bit of research - lesson learnt!
