Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Claims to be an independent mother/daughter type business that’s closing down, but is in fact cheap Chinese rubbish.
Asked for my money back before order was dispatched, only got a refund after multiple emails back and forth, and threatening them with trading standards. As order had then been dispatched, it arrived yesterday and the quality is absolutely atrocious. Everything is in little plastic bags, definitely not sterling silver and clearly mass made tut.
Absolutely cheap and dishonest.
Absolutely cheap and dishonest.
Earrings I bought are not worth a charity shop.
How can they be allowed to sell?
This website is a scam
This website is a scam. They’ll take your money and send you jewellery worse than Shein or Temu quality. Then won’t help after they take your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Don't believe the story
I fell for the story about a lady who ran the business and her daughter. Nothing is true. Bought a ring which was originally priced at £80! It was reduced to £24. It arrived. Not even silver. Asked for refund as sold under false pretences and they are refusing. Please don't buy from this dodgy company! It's scandalous
I put an order through with them that…
I put an order through with them that never arrived. Since then they have refused to refund me. I have been emailing them for weeks. They took a screenshot of my front door from Google maps (with no parcel in it) which they are claiming as proof of delivery. Clearly a fraudulent company who have effectively stolen my money.
Jewellery is not silver as advertised.
The design of the ring is beautiful and exactly what i wanted and expected. This is what the 1 star is for.
However, the ring is not silver and instead made of cheap painted metal. It took weeks to arrive from overseas although they advertise their shop as being in the UK. It had a lovely little pink gift bag but instead of wasting money on that they should have put more into honesty and materials. Sadly not impressed.
Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings for my daughter’s birthday, thinking it was from a UK company, as the website led me to believe. A good couple of weeks after my daughter’s birthday, I received one single earring. I complained, and stated that I wanted to return the earring and get a total refund. They have fought this tooth and nail. Two weeks later, I received the second pair of earrings. They have offered me a 30% refund, this is still an ongoing dispute. I had to buy my daughter an alternative gift, so this whole ordeal has been expensive for me.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
If I could give no stars I would but…
If I could give no stars I would but then I can’t leave a review. What a con! The jewellery takes 3 weeks to arrive which tells me it is probably from China. And it is rubbish. I am so angry that I didn’t look at reviews here on trust pilot. I hope other people do and then not order as it is just a waste of money.
Incompetent tat
Wrong products arrived. Quality is atrocious. Refused to accept return despite one pair of earrings were the wrong colour, one did not arrive and one was broken. Do not use these guys.
Extremely poor quality & overpriced
Extremely poor quality & overpriced, refusal to accept goods back, misleading web site especially the implication that the goods are from the UK, when in fact they are from China. If you have a bad experience with them lodge a claim with your credit card supplier.
Do not buy from this company even after…
Do not buy from this company even after falling for their sob story! The jewellery is cheap, over inflated prices from China and takes forever to be delivered. They don’t do returns unless items are damaged!
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT use this seller, they’re fake and you won’t get what you paid for.
I bought a ring that (in the photo online) shows a 925 hallmarked silver ring. I received my item to discover it’s not hallmarked, it’s certainly not silver (it’s really grubby and dull, very cheap looking).
Their website says in several places as long as you contact them in 30 days if you’re unhappy, they’ll issue a refund no question. That’s a lie. They don’t. They tried to tell me it’s very clearly stated the ring wasn’t silver (so why advertise a photo showing it is?) but was stainless steel instead. They tried to fob me off with a 30% refund. Luckily my bank had issued a full chargeback so I’ve been fully refunded and my bank will claim the refund back from this seller.
Save yourself the hassle though, just don’t use them. It’s cheap rubbish from China, posing as genuine high quality jewellery. The whole story is fake, there is no daughter called “Rose” and I doubt she’s even called Mila. Avoid at all costs. You will NOT receive real jewellery
Can't find mila & rose on Instagram but…
Can't find mila & rose on Instagram but found mila mika on Facebook.. I think websites are scam as got rings, though it was hand made but look cheap..
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Do not purchase. I ordered £80 worth and nothings arrived. No response. Now need to see what the bank can do.
Very disappointed in the quality
Very disappointed in the quality, necklace with 2 charms, can’t even put the charms on the necklace at all.
Stay clear !!
Do not order- SCAM
Do not order- SCAM
Complete lies and misinformation the items are fake and awful quality. I have be trying to get a refund since the day my order arrived and no joy at all! Even though the email attached to my order states 14 days return they do not accept any returns. Avoid at all costs. Currently having to appeal to my bank to get my money back. Please avoid at all costs.
SCAM company hiding behind a final sale pretence to avoid refunds
Edit with an update:
I just WON my dispute and got my chargeback thanks to my incredible bank! I got all my money back after having to appeal against the first decision because they didn’t have enough information. I submitted it again with lots of photos and I urge everyone who was scammed by this company to screenshot and keep every bit of correspondence, and also to take screenshots of the website and of the order confirmations, and clear photos of the counterfeit items they sent you! It’s worth it! I’m furious how much time I spent but over the moon that justice was served and I am at least financially made whole! And a huge lesson learned, I’m never ordering from an Instagram advert of a random unknown company ever again, especially not without checking Trustpilot first.
My story:
SCAM! Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a jewellery set (earrings, necklace and a ring) on the 2nd of July, got a confirmation email and after 15 days it was finally delivered, but I was abroad then, so only opened the padded envelope on the 26th (yesterday). 3 small self seal plastic bags fell out of the envelope, with absolutely ridiculous quality Chinese knock off “jewellery” that wasn’t even pretty enough to be in a plastic Easter egg or a Christmas cracker. For £52, this was shocking - although I did expect this because I have read some reviews - sadly only AFTER falling for their AI images and fake reviews!
They allow no refunds until delivery, because they claim they process orders immediately. That was the first red flag. Also no refunds AFTER delivery as it turns out, because I complained about the quality and obvious misrepresentation of products and false advertising, I even sent them side by side images and they claim I received the “correct products”. I wish I could post photos here to show, the silver is actually plastic, the glass is cheap ugly resin. The ring was supposed to be sized and full circle, but what I got is cut in half as if it was adjustable but it would break if I tried to adjust it.
Earrings have straight studs instead of curved and do not look remotely like the advertised ones.
Necklace has half the decorations missing, pendant completely differently attached, overall just laughable quality.
They refused me a refund and I had to raise the issue with my bank, awaiting response. I will also report the company to Trading Standards as this is false advertising and a scam. Their pretence final sale and the story that this is a small UK based family business selling hand crafted jewels means they added a clause to their 14 day refund policy that any final sale item cannot be returned, which I’m sure is against the law even if these items were true to what was advertised, which could not be further from the truth. Please do not be as naive as I was, and do NOT waste your money!!!
Shocking doesn’t cover it
Shocking doesn’t cover it
And quite frankly they don’t even deserve one star.
I ordered two ring sets and they were cheap brassy items from China. Can’t imagine they are “handpicked” , you wouldn’t pick if you saw them.
Upon requesting a refund I was asked to provide pics of the items, which I did, only to be told that “We’ve checked your order details, and we can confirm that the items you received are correct, not damaged, and match the product descriptions on our website. As such, and in line with our policy, we are unable to offer a return or refund in this case”
Well they certainly do not match product description as you cannot photograph quality which can only be felt. You place your trust in a website which seems so genuine and caring
Not the case sadly
How disappointing 😢
Please make sure you avoid this scam…
Please make sure you avoid this scam company. The whole thing is a lie and you will be sent cheap rubbish from China worth pennies. You will then be refused a refund and never see your money back.
Very Poor Quality
Communication was good. Delivery was about 6 days.
However, the necklace that I ordered is cheap and very poor quality.
I bought it as a gift, but won't be able to give it.
This necklace cost £26.95.
I could have bought it in Claire's Accessories for about £5
Shoddy quality.
Would definitely not recommend
I have asked for refund, but no response as yet
