Miles and Barr manage my property and have done for a number of years. They are reliable and efficient and keep me informed about the tenants issues. Abi currently handles my property and she has been excellent - chasing contractors to carry out work and me to keep on top of my paperwork. I can’t rate the team highly enough.

We met both Sophia and also Alice on 25th April to tour Ramsgate and view a range of properties. Really helpful and likeable ladies, with good knowledge of the local area. Really liked that they were both non-salesy (not of the pushing to sell each property), just their honest sharing of the area, the house, and answering all our questions, and promising to get back to us where they couldn't immediately answer. Really enjoyed meeting with them both. Also very punctual, friendly, approachable but professional - nice balance.

From the very start of selling the property, I've had no issues at all. The staff have been unbelievably helpful and have dealt with any issues that have came up in a professional manner. All the paperwork that needed to be signed, was fully explained so that you had confusion over what was happening.
I was extreamly pleased by the service provided Becky White who kept me fully informed of what was happening with the move and completion of my address. Altogether the whole process was compleatly seemless and would definitely recommend this branch.

It took several months to sell our property in Ramsgate but the staff at Miles and Barr kept us informed throughout the process. Once it was under offer Becky was our regular contact and helped us navigate the final stage between us and the buyers to a successful conclusion.

Louise was great at checking statuses, keeping me informed and moving things along smoothly, acting as the liaison between buyer and seller.

We had a fantastic experience with Miles & Barr. From our first meeting with valuer Harry to Becky as our sales progressor and the amazing sales team, everyone was professional, proactive and supportive. They sold our house within a week and a half and helped us find our new property which we’re moving into next week. Communication was great throughout and we always felt well informed. Buying and selling can be very stressful and they made the whole process much smoother.

We had inspection four weeks ago with another estate agent miles and Barr broadstrars Kent want do another one we ask to be present and ask for three o’clock Thay would not do this and want to let their self’s in we said no .miles and Barr sent someone at11.45 and was going to let he’s self in when we was not there . I’m so upset to be treated like this. I would gladly send landlord pictures every month my rent is allways paid on time . Been sectioned for mental health I didn’t need this . Absolute disgusted. And entering your home when they feel like .

Becky was brilliant, she really did the job of 'Sales Progression' to a high standard. She was always great with communication, patient with my many emails and it really felt like she was dedicated to getting us over the line!

Miles & Barr were transparent and supportive through every step, happy to answer questions and provide extra information to keep me reassured. Would definitely trust them if I moved again or considered buying.

At times a little hard to get hold of, unless phone calling which I was trying to avoid lol.
