The Chepstow branch staff were really helpful in helping us decide on our holiday to Malta. We were provided with options, and then were able to make adjustments for us. Requests for confirmation on some details were responded to promptly.

They both went over and above to ensure I eventually found ‘what I hope will be’, the perfect accommodation option for this special visit. We’ve just booked our September holiday for next year.
Ellie has been fantastic once again in finding a suitable Hotel. Rhiannon & Catherine have also been involved.
