Exciting Discovery

Discovered Millbry Hill looking online for a very specific patterned top for an event, and they came up with the exact item I needed for a good, realistic price, and were "local" in that they're not a large online store with little interest in local areas. I had never heard of them before this and was pleasantly surprised by the range of products and overall easy experience.

Using the online store was easy, and at the same time I bought some extra items to allow for cheaper delivery which were equally good value and quality as the item I originally looked for.

They also use reliable couriers which helps, as there is that fear that the items may not turn up or be easily trackable, but they met all expectations.

I will definitely shop with them again.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to receive my order, no updates on delivery until I kept contacting the company!! Customer service kept saying the order was with Evri…… But having contacted Evri 3 times they’d never received instructions on delivery and had nothing in their systems saying a delivery was due for me. Still didn’t receive my order and had to contact FCA to request a refund! Wouldn’t EVER use this company again! They’ve told me that they’ve now issued a refund but I’ll believe that when it happens.

Delighted with the bridle

Delighted with the bridle, reins and the Equiride long coat. All really good quality and fit well. I has a slight problem with the pricing, but Millbry Hill dealt with this really quickly and professionally, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars.
