Absolutely appalling customer service. Not only do I wait 3-5 working days for a simple reply but I also wait over a week for them to authorize a refund and still have not done it yet. Been two weeks since I ordered still fighting for a refund

Beautiful baby clothes. Very helpful staff. They changed my outfit with a credit note. Because the baby was bigger than expected when born. My only criticism would be that I wish some of the outfits came in a bigger size.

Everything I bought from Millie & Ralph was brilliant, well made and of good quality, would highly recommend, my daughter in law loved Everything 😍

The quality of the items are excellent although I would say a little on the small side , my granddaughter is 4 weeks old weighing 8lb now, and the 0-3 months only just fits, so I will definitely size up next time.

Ordered online, which was easy.. but the amount of beautiful baby clothes, was a hard decision! The choice of baby clothing was just an overload of gorgeousness.
I opted for the lemon bunny romper suit, and some bunny bootees.

When they arrived, which was a fast delivery, my heart melted! the romper suit, beautifully made, great detailing in the bunny, the fabric is beautifully finished, no rough edges on the inside, and the fabric is just so soft, the colour is perfect... not a overly bright yellow, and not even dull, it is stunning! the bunny bootees are so cute! and soft and just compliment the romper perfectly.
