I ordered a trolley from Millie & Ralph and changed my mind within 5 minutes of placing the order. I immediately contacted them to cancel. Despite the fact that the item had not been dispatched or even processed, they refused to issue a full refund and insisted on deducting a 10% "administration fee."

When I pointed out that this fee is unlawful under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, they ignored my legal rights and claimed it covered their "transaction fees and administrative costs." They then threatened to dispatch the order anyway, forcing me to take the matter further.

I have now had to escalate this to a formal claim to recover my money. A company that ignores consumer rights and charges penalties for instant cancellations is not one I would trust again. Shop elsewhere.

Order placed 9th July for July pre order of Vinecci upline system. Multiple emails sent to M&R asking for updates and told each time there’s been a delay is should be with them within the week… then another week. Nearly August and still no update for delivery. Shocking service. Will be waiting till 2 month point then cancelling order

Came as I expect.

I can only speak from a shop point of view and await delivery. I can say what an enjoyable experience, the girls in the shop were so helpful without the hard sell. After numerous demonstrations of different prams they never faltered in the barrage of questions thrown at them. After having no idea I believe after this shop with the help of the two girls I can call myself an expert in putting a pram up and down and removing a car seat from my car. I would highly recommend the shop.
