Unreliable delivery & poor communication!
Ordered a Valentine's Cookie on Monday and selected Friday 13th as my delivery day so that it arrived for Valentine's day. Received an email today to say it will be delivered on Monday! Monday is no good and now I need to find an alternative at such late notice.
First time I've ordered and won't order again. I've rang and get no answer and have no reply to my contact form. Awful service.

Failed to deliver AGAIN
Ordered a Valentine's cookie weeks ago to ensure here on time - wasn't delivered despite being at home waiting. Now due to arrive 3 days late. No way of getting hold of anyone as phone lines always seem to be down and no response to email. Very poor, particularly as this also happened last time I ordered for a birthday. Kind of misses the point when it's that late (and stale).

Millies Cookies is an excellent and outstanding site this is my first time ordering and I have ordered a heart shaped cookie for Valentine's day as a treat for my son from his baby daughter and on the cookie it says Happy Valentine's Day and has red and white icing round the edges it's just beautiful and so pretty my son will love it and it has a free message to my son as well from his baby daughter which is great and I more than 💯💯💯💯 very highly recommend Millies Cookies to anyone thankyou so very much for all your very hard work Millies Cookies it's greatly appreciated I can't wait to see my sons face on Valentine's day when he sees this truly amazing delicious and yummy cookie it's truly perfection in every way thankyou Millies Cookies for being SIMPLY THE BEST.😊👍💋

We've been customers of Millie's Cookies for years and have mostly been happy with the service and quality. Our latest complaint though has seemed to fall on deaf ears - still waiting to hear over 2 weeks later what they have to say about an undercooked and doughy birthday celebration cookie...

Positives - large cookie arrived on time and nicely presented
Not so good - just didn't taste great. it was okay but could have been fresher. Overly sweet and couldn't taste much else except sugar.

Awful service
Awful service. placed an order in December for delivery 30th Jan. failed to deliver, wouldnt answer phonecalls and never processed a refund.
I was left with no gift and having to chase for my own money back because they thought they'd sent an email, so put my refund on 'temporary hold'.

Always Recommend a Millie’s Cookie
Great cookies, easy delivery options. Packaged well to keep the giant cookie from slipping.
My only advice to Millie’s cookies would be to put more info on the box for the delivery driver. Make it clear it’s edible and breakable. I watched my cookie be delivered and the delivery guy was holding it upright instead of flat and with no care at all 🙈

Easy to use on line and selecting options for cookie design. Secure payment for goods.
Suggest larger label on packing box to keep flat. Delivery man carried box horizontal to our door😵💫
Fortunately no damage done to cookie. Our Grandson loved the cookie on his birthday.

Ordered online. Some of the icing was the wrong colour and the staff member at Nottingham Victoria Centre was quite rude and abrupt but the cookie itself tasted great.

The birthday cookie was delicious!
The birthday cookie was purchased for my daughters 15th birthday. She liked that she could design it herself and went for the message “Happy Birthday Diva,” which I thought was quite fitting lol. The gorgeous heart shaped cookie was very tasty and good value for money. Will be visiting again soon and highly reccomend. Many thanks.

Disappointed. Won’t order again.
I ordered a birthday cookie for my daughter’s party (her request as Millie’s is her favourite), and asked for a specific delivery date.
Was due on 30/01/26. Didn’t arrive. When I contacted was told I have to wait 48hrs from dispatch for them to treat it as not delivered!
Which is ridiculous considering, it wasn’t delivered on the date in which I had asked and paid for it to be!
Still didn’t arrive on 31/01/26. No sign on 01/02/26. It’s now pointless of it to arrive, as the birthday is now past!
Not impressed at all.
