Please let me give them a 0 star rating. I am currently on the phone with them trying to get my $27.95 charge reversed. This was on my CC bill the month AFTER my order. Supposedly when you sign up for the "free" bracelet you are signing up for a membership?? WTF. FYI I did get a full refund after about 30 min on the phone. They first offered a 30% discount then a 50% discount. Keep persisting. I also threatened to just turn it over to the CC company, which is always an option.

Bought a $7 t-shirt. Then was charged $39.99 for community They say membership was in purchase I did not see. Will only offer a 50% refund. No supervisor to speak with no known call back time or number. Albert was extremely unhelpful. On a fixed income and they want to steal from me. That is the worst kind of thievery!

Although I was happy with my bracelet $4.95, I noticed I was also charged $27.95 for a VIP membership which I did not ask for. Called the company for a full refund which at first they didn’t want to do but after threatening to call the Better Business Bureau they complied.

I read a review that it was a nice shirt. Unfortunately did not see automatic sign up or the negative reviews on the “VIP membership”. Had to fight for the cancellation and full refund. 3-5 days and I’ll know if I was refunded. I do not recommend ever doing business with this unethical company.

Scam, scam, scam!!! DO NOT buy anything from these people. I ordered a T-shirt that was like $10 and the next thing I knew I was charged 27.95 a month for the next two months…finally got a hold of them to cancel this bogus membership that I NEVER signed up for. This type of thing should be illegal. These people are horrible. Stay away from them.

I ordered 2 shirts..at end of June..did not get them. communicated with "un-customer service" 7 times. my opinion is SCAM. All communication was verify address, check with neighbors, and nothing else.

They use deceptive business practices. They allow you to believe you're only being charged for the merchandise you ordered, only to later find out that you've been enrolled in a "membership" with a monthly fee that is automatically deducted from your bank account. Shady.

I wished I had searched reviews before ever purchasing from this company. Please, please be aware of this rip off site. I've noticed 3 different charges as of yesterday on my account. I'm really hoping they send a full refund because I'm definitely going to take things up if not. I bought one measley bracelet and now I've been charged over $90 in 3 months. Ridiculous. The place needs to be shut down.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I saw a cute t-shirt online and bought 2 of them - price was great and shipping was FAST! I never noticed that they charged an additional $22 on top of my purchase. Didn't notice it until they charged me ANOTHER $22 the following month. I called and their customer service rep explained that purchasing from their site auto enrolls you into their month to month membership so you can support their wellness community and get discounts on future purchases. I explained that wasn't something I wanted or was interested in and wanted a full refund. She immediately offered me a 20% refund - I declined - she offered me 30% off - again I declined and she offered me 50% - at this point, I got angry and demanded a manager, and of course, one was unavailable so I was promised a callback within 24 hours that never came. I emailed and called again. Agent continued to over me 10% incremental raises on my refund and I continued to decline - offered to have a manager contact me within 24 hours and I declined again because that had already NOT happened - she kept me on hold for almost an hour until she realized I was not going to release the call without a full refund. A full refund was FINALLY provided.

Bottom line, they know they're shady and are banking on the fact that people won't spend over an hour on HOLD to get their money back. Don't make a purchase through them -the discount is not worth the headache you'll have trying to get your money back.

They kept billing my credit card for a monthly membership I never order or approved. I'd call, they'd take it off, then put it right back on the next day. I had to close a credit card I'd had for 30+ years to get rid of them. Additionally I'm pretty sure they sold my info because within 48 hours of placing my order I was getting 300-400 junk emails daily. Worst store ever!

Do not trust these people. I bought a tee shirt and next thing I know I was charged for a monthly membership fee that I did not sign up for. I called to cancel and they initially said they would not cancel the initial monthly charge. I had to insist they remove it. Very poor business practice.

I ordered a t-shirt for $12. I was charged an additional charge for $27.95. They said the $27.95 was for a VIP membership, which I never approved, or even knew about. They offered to cancel my subscription and a 30% back, I refused and had to really fight to get my money back.

Would give them a -minus if possible.... total scam... charges for items not ordered, for VIP bull sh*te,........ and t-shirts are crap........ wash them one time and the letters (not printed ink but pressed vinyl crap) start to peel off............. do not shop here ..... bad bad bad

I ordered a T shirt for my daughter in law and in addition to the shirt was also charged, without asking! for a membership. When I tried to cancel, they would only return 1/2 of my money.
Don't buy from them. They are dishonest

I ordered a T-shirt. Total invoice including shipping was $10.95. They charged me $27.95 on my credit card do not use this company.

Bought a shirt for my wife. Got confirmation anf money came out of my account. Shipping was a little slow. The day after the shirt arrived there was another charge on my account for 27.00.
When I called about the charge I was told it was for the VIP membership I had requested. I never did ask for a membership on my order. So they did cancel the order but only agreed to refund 8.00. Along with all that I ordered her a ladies t-shirt and got a mens. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN MY OPINION DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS!

Total scam. This came into my email, offered inexpensive prices on junky bracelets. I bought a few until I REALIZED THEY WERE NEVER SENT, DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE SAYING DELIVERED.

Rip off alert! Rope you in with very low price. When you buy it you are auto added - never asked to join their VIP Membership. Receipt only shows shirt purchased. In tiny print it reads the $22 mo charge. Deceptive!!!! Do not buy!
